    Same here (hdd via usb), sometimes deleting works 1st time, and sometimes it only works after exiting the menu first and retry. Seems a little bug to me.

    Will try to reproduce on sd card and usb stick and let you know my result.

    my supplier provided me with a code to enter in my formula. for example in the z10pro max I went to system information and at the very bottom I press the red + green + yellow + blue colors and there I have a box that appears impute code

    with the z11pro max I can not do it you know help me please

    I have had on several channels the error "UnexpectedLoaderException",it only is for a short period,and after retrys its gone again.

    I did a search but could not find anything about this error?

    Anyone with the same experience? What does the error mean and how to fix it?

    Furthermore i have the impression that 401,403,and 503 errors occur more than on my Z10, I am on MAC ID.

    I expierence the same issue when using Stalker/MAC login. I do not have this issue on the Z10, same provider. Does it work properly for other poeple loging via mac?

    hello, I am reviving my unresolved topic, my rii x8 keyboard which is in azerty and must be in "french" language on my z10 pro max all the keys correspond, and on my z11 pro max half of the keys do not correspond, however I put it identically to the same language as my z10 pro max, please help me :frowning_face: :fearful_face: :thinking_face: :upside_down_face:

    Go to menu >Content manager>content sources>Edit (and erase your portal info with typeboard backspace function)

    I received my Z11 Pro max yesterday. Since than I try to connect via MAC ID in MOL3 and each time I'm receiving the message : "Connection Error. Your account is blocked or expired". I'have been working on that almost the whole day with my provider, in whom I fully trust an who is very helpful minded, and impossible to solve the problem.

    I just tested my connection settings with STB EMU and it is working !!!

    So it seems that there is a terrible bug in MOL3

    Could you please advice as situation cannot stay like that.

    Did you physically change indentafant "mac id" or send your provider the new Z11 mac? I had trouble with the default mac as well. Go to the page you posted in menu, go down to More Settings, the top number is mac. Change to the mac your account was running off of and that should do it.

    hello, so I cracked and bought a Z11 pro Max, very satisfied with Mol3, the new parameters etc. the image is also better I think. I just have a remark, if it could be quickly corrected, when I search by actors on the series, it works well, I have the proposals on the two servers that I entered, on the other hand when I do it on vod it's just on the server where I am. Cordially

    So after what seems like an endless wait for some fixes, it transpires anymore than one unit on my network and they loop and crash when running IPTV. Now I have gigabit broadband and GTV's and Z10 pros to check before anyone says it's my network. It'd be nice to hear something in the way of dates for fixes as I've got 4 hear and can only have one in use else the rest start playing up. I've bought a serious amount of stock and investment in this box and would like some progress report or update from the team.

    This new Z11's default mac starts with 00:1E. Seems like some providers don't want to honor this 00:1E as it is new to them. Every mac id I've ever seen in this game begins 00:1A. Get that mac id that you have in stb emu and change mac id in the z11 menu and that should do it. If you are playing on STBemu that means your provider is still hooked to that mac id. I'm not good at this.

    Not getting but 2002 tv channels. No kids channels for grans. gotta figure this one out. They will be here tomorrow. :smiling_face:

    You might try to add username and pass in that menu. Mine was opposite than my z10. I couldn't use username and pass in z11. I tried for hours putting all information in to no avail. I tried without username and pass and it works. ?????

    I can only think of one more thing and I surely don't want to insult your intelligence. When you change mac in mytv3 do you scroll to bottom and hit update. If not it won't change. Make sure mac is changed before hitting connect. Thats it for me friend all I've got.

    You're mixing up issues now.

    1. You now say the ID is working and you can connect to the provider. Issue closed.

    2. EPG issues: Provide more info (coherently)

    3. 401 error is a known issue. The temporary workaround is to the reload the portal when you encounter the 401 error.

    MOL3 > Menu > Content Manager > Content Sources > Select the Portal > Press the Reload button

    In case of Z11 ,MAC and no connect.

    This is so typical for many providers not to change only one setting and allow other Mac`s than 00:1A to support all boxes. The second issue is that stalker users playing they game and change now the ID to connect with provider. With this can happen that your 00.1A Id interfere with same from other user, you can imagine what kind of error message you will become. I use 3 test portals all with new MAC/ID from z11 and all 3 connect fine.

    There are changes in iptv, Mol etc. and this should also be accepted finally from the Providers. So please contact your provider and ask him to allow all macs, if he do not want to do it than he accept only Ma... boxes and don't want to support other.

    Last but not least, stop to write and implement this idea into the head from other users that there exist big problem with z11 and this connection, because that is not true! Of course the box have after start some Bugs that need to be fixed but in this case i already wrote what the problem is.

    I'll try my best to explain. The default mac on Mtv3 "Z11" starts with 00:1E. Your provider is not changing the mac they have been sending to evidently .You must request from your provider a change to match your Z11 mac. Mac is labeled on the bottom on your device. If they have problems and you have to change mac, just change mac when setting up portal.
