FW 11.2.1 and MOL3 11.2.1 major update for Formuler Z11 Series released.

Any changes from beta?

Pressing Favorite on remote still doesn’t bring favourites up directly. (Have to press right first)

Unfortunately the only main issues for me is after the update. We still have the 24hr epg issue on the epg guide menu. & no information after that. So cannot do future recordings & still no record & remind function on the scroll down epg. I thought that would be the 1st thing resolved after update. & someone mentioned the (All) on the VOD section to be returned on the Z11 as on the others. The epg is a big issue for me on the z11 pro max. As i do a lot of schedule recording on the scroll down epg guide. Hope we get that fixed soon. As I noticed formuler guys still working on more epg updates.

Hdmi CEC, the wake TV/sleep Formuler Z11 Pro Max option still does not work with this update, when enabled it shows the message CEC wake upfrom power off mode not supported.

This is the expected behavior. It isn't a bug.

The reason it behaves this way is because the user has the opportunity to create multiple favorite groups.

It doesn’t do it on my Z8, or mother in laws.

Could you make it so it only functions like this when more than one favourites group is added?

I've this in the bleu rectangle:

IPTV Info errer (network)(-1)

Service Info Error (network)(-1)

Tuner Info Error (network)(-1)

Storage Info Error (network)(-1).

My current version is v11.2.0

On my Z11 pro Max

Updated here, did backup, no need for now, everything is working fine, every channel opened without errors, vod series everything opened, didn't watch any episode till the end but everything i opened it loaded quickly and without issues, posters ok, backgrounds ok, vod movies also OK...

EPG is there, i can see EPG for this day, not the next OFC, was never able to do it on MOL3 i guess, never needed, EPG from 7 days works...well, let's see if tonight is everything ok now i need to go work -.-

PS: outside MOL3 everything seems like before, main issue is i can't get plex to output true 23.976HZ with AFR enabled...And it always changes to 4k even for movies with FHD/HD/SD resolution... Kodi is fine!!!

Both epg’s are full 7 day’s on the z8 pro. Same providers as the z11 & z8 pro gives you options to record on the grid epg. It’s a real issue on the Z11. as I’ve seen many people mention this. That’s why i was so surprised the formuler team didn’t sort this epg issue first.

What do you mean by epg is working perfectly?

How many days ahead do you have under the guide button,and how many on single epg?

I too have the same issue,24 hours epg on the epg guide menu,not improved since this major update.Looking forward to further fixes on epg,as mentioned in the update text (devs still working on it)

my epg is not working correctly it has a 1 hour delay. Before the update it was working fine pfff.

No. Just 24 on the guide. I have xcapi & stalker & both full 7 day epg on my z8 pro. & gives me a option to record & remind aswell on the z8. Its a right pain not having that choice on the z11? Puzzling why that option has gone. Image off Z8 to how record option on grid.

Same here, Max 24hours EPG ahead on grid, epg guide menu and more days per Channel

And stil no VOD Information while tivimate does show info

Thankyou eddy! It’s definitely not a provider issue, as i have 3 subs & all 7 days on different equipment. I thought this epg problem would be the upmost 1st thing that got a fix aswell as putting the record & remind function back aswell in epg like the Z8 pro. Puzzled as to why that has gone. We had so many complaints about epg & it didn’t get a fix on the update 🤷🏼‍♂️ I would be more than happy with them options back aswel as the (ALL) in VOD. But formuler are still working on epg at the moment.

If I understand you correctly you have 6-7 days of epg?

I have several suppliers and at home I have for each one an EPG of 6 days I am in MAC address.

If the amount of EPG data increased compared to beta then the maximum data that the server provides is 24 hours. If you see more data on single EPG, it uses a different type of EPG data from the grid EPG.

Hi formuler team. I know the team are currently working on a few issues with the epg. But could anyone from formuler possibly answer if the Z11 pro max is going to get back the (record & remind) in the scroll down epg? As i did (ALL) my recording’s off that epg on my Z8 pro? & I wouldn’t have a issue with the epg guide only being 24hrs at present, as the other epg guide is 6 days. Which is all good but it won’t allow record on that guide? It’s been taken off. Would just be great if that feature would be on the Z11. Then there would be no epg issues at all? Thanks team.

I've also got an issue with the displayed info. When you set an offset (tested -1 and +1 hour) the info bar shows "no information". When you don't set an offset it shows the current and next program as expected.

Same problem here, i also miss the "record & remind " in the scroll down epg a lot. I hope its coming back.

z11 began doing fast reboots (you see the program, reboot and after 1 second, you can see the program) until i quit mol3, after a few minutes waiting, started mol3 and everything ok.. a few hours later this problem is repeated.

ordered a second z11 and has the same problem.

note: z10 has no problems..

Since the update to V11.2.1 I have the Audio Description on movies activated, and I can't deactivate it.

Who can tell me where I could do it?
