HELP!! FORMULER Z10 Promax/ MytvOnline2

  • I have a Formuler Z10 Pro max. My problem is that MyTvonline 2 is blocked with the address of an iptv provider in it. I did a few "hard resets" and nothing to do. I cannot add or modify MyTvonline 2 connections. I also tried on the creation date section with the red, green, yellow then blue buttons and it does absolutely nothing.

    Even when I reinstall MyTvOnline 2, the provider's address remains and I cannot add or modify the portal. I just want to put my box back without it being blocked. I would like to manually add my portals in MytvOnline2. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

    Which protocol do you use (Stalker, XC Api, M3U) and do you have tested other protocol and new connect with your provider? Please test.

    The FW and SW is up to date?

    I use 2 servers in xc api and 2 others in stalker, and the same servers are also on my z11 pro max and my z11 never returns to the home menu

    I will be surprised that it will come from the supplier, 4 suppliers who are the best servers that can be found in my country who will all have the same problems is only on my z10 pro max while my neighbor has the z10 pro max and there he is also on 2 of my suppliers and he has no problem

  • Ok, please let us stay in line to find fast the reason for this, we understand that this doesn`t happen on Z11 but only on your Z10. You also excludes the 4 different providers and protocol, ok let us see where this lead if your neighbour on two same subs doesn`t have same issues. This shows then only on your box.

    Please do following, even if you tried already:

    1. First check your Firmware and SW to see if last update installed.

    2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Mytvonline 2 and delete cache and data. Reboot the box, disconnect all optional devices from the box and test again.

    if this doesn`t help.

    3. First disconnect all USB and SD card devices from the box, keyboards etc. too.

    Factory reset the box like in this video and make fresh install ->

    Try again with only one subscription and report again.

  • did you try with ethernet cable instead of wifi?

    There was a case that caused this because of bad internet speed quality; increasing the mol buffer to 10seconds helped.

    try and see if it would make any difference in your case.

    This was already written before i asked you to do it but ok if you think it is worthless then let it.

    When this happen again. send log file to Formuler, open ticket on Formuler support site, explain what happens and let them know about your Ticket No.

    It`s some MOL2 error that we can not solve here on forum, devs. need to look into your log file.

    I experienced a weird problem last night. In between episodes I lost connection with the content provider.

    I rebooted and tried it again .. it gave me an error and brought me to the portal settings menu. I went in to that edited my settings to a url I know worked on another tv with a different android tv box , which I tested when the problem surfaced with the Formuler z10 pro max and mol2 (all updated). Editing the settings did not help. I created a new named provider connection with the same settings and off to the races. I lost all the history and favorites I had set up but it was working. It seems like the connection got corrupted somehow .. and would not work after several retries .. Any idea why? I have to say I like the idea of the Formuler which is sold as a high end solution and I really want it to work relatively problem free to earn its higher price.
