Tonight no roll backs on Spanish channel. Also picture and sound not getting out of sync.
Also my EPG improved a lot.
Time correct....playback worked fine....one day ahead and 4 days back.
I didn't change anything......
So something changed at the provider side ???

Like i already wrote, i see it as provider issue and this was on plenty tests from me shown as provider issue. How ever formuler devs. try even this to optimise if they can, but at end low provider ressources or hick ups can not even fix the best code.

Just thinking, can't it be that for the major part it's provider related, and with only a few also box related?
I say this because I ONLY have this issue on Belgium channels, correction on ALL Belgium channels.
ALL the channels from the Netherlands are fine, never saw this issue there, and it's the very same provider, I only have one.
I just wanted to know if my box was faulty or not, but isn't that so, that if my box is faulty I also should see this on the channels from the Netherlands?
Anyway, tonight I will test and see, still SAME provider but they repield that the issue should be gone now, we'll see, only time will tell.
If it persists then I will ask the other provider again, where my test is,....

Hello, I also encounter worry, always possible to test?

Since the update this week I am finding that whenever I watch an episode on a TV series the system stops the current episode (2 or 3 times per episode) and automatically goes to load the next episode in the series.
Luckily if you stop it loading quickly it allows resumption of the previous episode at the point it stopped. Anyone else finding this?
Normally is it provider problem because something is wrong with videofile.

I've had the problem since the last update, it's a pity that downgrading isn't possible. First I thought of a provider problem, but Tivimate works perfectly.

The glitch itself is at 41 seconds, and the repeating starts at ±14 seconds.
Man looks at his computer screen, is surprised, calls for his wife "MIEKE", and then she comes and takes a look too.

I have this same issue and I CANNOT find a solution!! All Live TV channels skip/rollback about every 60/90 seconds approx 5 seconds loop
1. It is not my internet or router
2. It is not my iptv service.
3. Have tried with VPN on and off
The reason I know this is because I have several boxes in our house GTV, CC, Z10se. All work 100% fine both on WiFi and/or on Ethernet - both with more than one box on or just alone.
Bought a new Z11 pro max to try and I’ve had this issue from day 1! Using a new Ethernet cable into router.
Tried to change EVERY setting… buffer time short/long, AFR on and off, Metadata API on/off etc etc.
I have done a FULL factory reset, then turn off router for 5 mins, reboot, reprogrammed and connect and this DOES work. Streams are smooth and no rollback
But then the next day… back to the same problem! 😭
If I have to reboot my router every single day, then I will just have to throw away the Z11 ProMax and put an older box back in its place.
There must something we can do about this? i think it must be a software issue not hardware?
I have another new Z11 Pro Max so I could set that up and see if it has the same issue? But I want to sell it not set up again!

8 users did beta test and most are from this thread who reported this issue, from all are feedback`s very good. So yes, we can say that this code optimisation fixed the issue for users who have such roll backs.

No more loops so i expect it should soon come to all Z11 users.
