Catchup not working

I recently switched providers to one that offers catchup for many UK channels. It works great in TiviMate, but can't find a way to make it work in MyOnlineTV3. I can search the epg, but when I select the program, nothing happens. I don't get an error message or anything. Same playlist in MyOnlineTV3 as TiviMate. Is there a setting I am not aware of for Catchup?

I appreciate any help or advice.

Try changing media player

Not sure I understand your advice. Change what media player? I bought Formuler for this reason. It is supposed to work for this and doesn't. The question is posed for a fix to the problem.

With Player, he means install mx player or VLC App and use this as external app but that would affect only VOD and Series, your problem is something else.

For better locating of your issue, you need to create Ticket on Helpdesk and send detailed issue description + log file, so the devs can check why catchup works on Tivimate but not on MOL3.

I hope the latest update was installed and factory reset done? If not try it and set the box fresh.

Use the Chatbot to create a ticket.

Sending the logfile can be done by (I believe, but can't check right now) top menu -> settings -> help (or something like that) -> send logfile.
