Since I have never had a picture nothing has been set up, including providers.
Maybe contact the company you got it from and return it
Return will be easy if I give up on it. Just not sure if its faulty or some other issue.
I have a few more days to decide.

Have tried all of these dozens of times, including all hdmi sockets on both TVs.

Can you explain what "start to recording Box Led and TV + Box on" does.
I have now installed my Z12 and everything works so far.
What I noticed was that GRID EPG works.
I was very surprised.
It was answer and request to Kerr, please read again my edited post.
Have had a Z12 ultra for a couple of days but am unable to get any picture at all from it.
Lights work, remote control paired easily, I can turn it on and off and light changes Red / White but nothing appears on screen.
Have tried several HDMI leads and two TVs (both the same make and model just different screen sizes).
All other connected devices continue to work fine.
I am out of ideas of what else to try. Hoping for suggestions of what I could have missed.

Older, not smart, not 4k.
1080P only, but works fine with 4K Sat, 4K BD player and Shield Pro. Thou only in 1080p of course.

Got home last night and the Z12 Home page was on the screen.
It worked fine for hours, I was able to set everything up and view shows. Still working when I switched the TV off for the night.
This morning back to black screen. I am starting to think this is some kind of compatibility issue.
Think I need to try it on a totally different TV.
I would return to seller and receive a full refund, my guess is it's a faulty device

Iptv providers kill your connection when you don't switch channels after 4-10 hours. Is not at every provider the same hours.
They throw you out after example 6 hours without changing channel to save bandwith for other user.
If you gonna change channel you can have image on screen again or reboot device.

On Z11 I had no GRID information.
On Z12 there is GRID info (EPG).
It seems to show 24 hours ahead.

This work's on the Z11 too!

If you are having trouble with your new remote control it is a bug in system! If you upgraded from Z11 thier is a bug that keeps us from logging in the new BT3. They are aware of the problem and getting a patch out to correct the problem for full function of the BT3. Meanwhile you can use your BT2 remote to get around. Other then the bug with remote the rest of the Z12 works great! Much faster than Z11 and the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos works GREAT! You do need a tv that has dolby atmos and vision built in.

I think your Z12 is set to 2.2 hdcp, since you use old tv`s you need change to HDCP 1.4. Next time picture appear do it instantly.

For me it worked like this.
I tested with Tivimate on Z11 and then there was Grid-epg but not on Z11.
Good that it now works on Z12.
What is the reason I don't know but for Z12 it works perfectly.
Z11 is now in the box.
I have now tried it on the monitor of my PC and it works as it should every time.
I think your Z12 is set to 2.2 hdcp, since you use old tv`s you need change to HDCP 1.4. Next time picture appear do it instantly.
While on the monitor I did this and changed all setting to the lowest level. Resolution to 1080, HDR off etc.
Back on the TV, still only black screen.
TV is Sharp 65".
Ok, seems your old tv and z12 are not compatible if you made all changes and still no picture.

Tried it both ways. When not working, it makes no difference if connected direct or through the amp.
On the occasions when it has worked, it has been both through the amp and direct.
When both screens connected through the amp both always work every time.
