MYTVOnline 4 Beta Upgrade now available for Z12 Ultra

Hello everyone, does anyone know if updating to MyTVOnline 4 deletes all other installed applications? Or only update to MyTVOnline 4 and keep all other applications installed on the box? And what about installed playlists, it keep them or delete them as well? Thank you in advance to anyone who can answer these two questions.

When you set sorting on series and movies to latest added. It becomes standard again after restart. Now you are used to changing yourself but maybe there will be a fix. Hi, it transfer your playlists, favorites...and at the end MOL3 is the only app which is gonna be deleted. Do no way back!

All other apps are still there.

I think it's best not to update to MyTVOnline 4. After updating on my Formuler z12 ultra, the box is dead; the green light comes on, but nothing happens. Just a black screen.

MOL4 installed on my Z12Ultra.

Data migration from MOL3 completed OK.

Love the new logo/graphics...very sharp.

UI looking good...will now test...

The live Home screen option is very nice.

It's working again now. I had to turn everything off – internet cable, USB, power cable – I unplugged it and waited a minute, plugged it back in, and it works. I'll give feedback later on whether it's worth upgrading from MyTVOnline 3 to 4.

OTA/ATSC is not pulling EPG data.

After installing MYTVONLINE4, I enjoyed the incredibly great and beautiful design.

A couple of things I couldn't figure out or was missing in BETA. I understand it's a beta and may be added later but I wanted to point out anyway.

1) couldn't figure out how to manipulate Favorite List. In MOL3 I could long press and move up or down each Favorite Channel when Managing Favorite List. In MOL3 I can see where to add Favorite Channel but not move it.

2) in MOL3 I could change the colors of the EPG screens. Didn't see that in MOL4.

Finally got the update done,first impression nice outlay,to much football on tonight,will test further tommorow

Also is this ment to say shuffle all ? As it says shuttle all on the ai movie picker thing, No Biggie just try to help with bug/ui stuff

I do not see theme options yet.

The only UI option I see is the Home screen layout.

I think themes will come...

Can we see some pictures or a video from the layout etc..

Fast forwarding in catch up is extremely slow to buffer. Compared side by side with z11 pro max running mtvol3.

You can't go back from vod to live.

And how to refresh all live, vod, and series in one time? So far i see it's only available per section.

Or am i wrong.

1. When I click on a series, the episode thumbnails no longer appear.
2. In the VOD and series sections, I think a key feature is still missing: a small icon directly on the thumbnail to indicate that a title has already been watched.
3. It is also missing the ability to rewind live content to restart from the beginning.

Overall, I find this update very well done. I’m looking forward to seeing future improvements.

With MyTVOnline 4, I didn’t experience any stuttering issues tonight on a 4K channel, whether switching from the game to the studio, then to pub and back to the studio before returning to the game!

Much prefer the interface on this new version to MOL3. I was using a Z7+ with MOL1 until just a few months ago and I liked MOL1 even though it was pretty sluggish by modern standards and it was showing its age. So when I upgraded to the Z12 I was kind of underwhelmed by MOL3, it just didn’t feel as slick or intuitive as I’d hoped. But this MOL4 seems to be the upgrade I wanted. Everything from the fonts to the menu containers just makes it look better. Overall the UI experience looks and feels more premium than MOL3. Hats off to the devs, I’m enjoying using it. No bugs to report so far.

It is very likely that Z11 Pro BT1, Z11 Pro Max & Z11 Pro Max BT1 will not be upgraded to MOL4. The Z10 Pro Max owners experienced the same thing back then. They spent over €150-160 on it and about a year later the Z11 series with MOL3 came onto the market. So the Z10 Pro Max owners no longer had the latest MOL app after only about a year and that is definitely not right.

Go to "Software Update" and then just press 1339 on your remote.
