Hello, I have several content providers and when I pin groups of channels or vod and series, they do not remain pinned after a certain time except those from the first content provider.

Uh oh! Tried to clear EPG and reload using the menu option in the Live TV section and now I seem to be stuck in a boot loop!
Have tried stopping the app and clearing cache then opening again.
Also tried stopping app, clearing cache and restarting box.
I guess next step is to try a reinstall?
How do I do that?
If I go to home my mol4 crashes. It tries then to restart mol4 automatically, but it keeps on repeating this behavior after a second. If I use live as my start screen, I have no issues, till I go to home again. It then immediately crashes again. I could work around it by selectng live as my startup screen. It is a new issue for me, since it was not happening till today. A restart or cache delete doesn't help.
Extra info: if I quickly scroll down to Live-Recently Watched on Home, it's not crashing. One scroll up to Trending Series Today and there we go again...

Thanks. I’ve deleted and reinstalled for now. EPG is patchy but hoping gaps will fill over a few automatic updates.

Concerning the video: the video in post #342 shows exactly the same issue.
Don`t know why you uploaded your Android data? Peter ask you to send logs and post the tracking no here.
Go to Home > Android Settings > About > Report a Problem > Send logs
Before Sending logs, please write down your Tracking # on the left-side of the screen and post here.

I think it had to do with the trending Movies or Series on the home screen. They changed and the issue is gone.

After further analysis, here is my conclusion:
A 1920 × 1080p 25 fps stream is displayed at this resolution.
However, a 1920 × 1080i 25 fps purely stream is displayed as 1920 × 1080p 50 fps.
As mentioned in my first message, this issue did not exist on MOL3.
Has anyone figured out how to do an EPG update on MOL4? Manually?

I’m trying to figure out and that’s when I’m doing a search in VOD I’m not getting any results. That’s probably a setting. I haven’t figured out either. If you could speak to that that would be much appreciated. Thank you again.

Best way to do search is with pressing green button and write or speak your search quiery,you may also use the AI search function,it needs a little practice to get desired result,but it may help when you are looking for certain genre,actor,director etc.
I am heading the button with the search function, being enabled and voice texting comes up of what I say in the search function at the top of the screen, but there is never any results even when I search for something that I’ve seen the thumbnail and know that it is there

It means that the beta update is stopped since about7-10 days,you will have to await new beta or Official Update.

Yes, beta mol4 is offline.
It was pure for the testers. Then they decide to take it offline.

I have main epg for days back&ahead,i wanted to watch a show from yesterday, on single view epg it says no data (XC,alternate mode !)
How is it possible that i get "Timeshift error,cant play this video",whereas only on single view epg data are missing ?

When playing live tv and hitting the home button, the audio continues playing. I have to go into the app and force stop to end the audio. Live tv is my start app.

To me it's annoying too if you change from live to for example Home, the sound of live continues.

I have a soundbar
I'm getting some intermittent wifi disconnection. Its ONLY when on MOL4 for any length of time that it happens. I watched stuff on Emby on the Z12 Ultra for hours the other night without a glitch, but watching the football on MOL4 yesterday I guess every 15/20 minutes or so got dissconected. No probelms with the Wifi on other devices, inclduing the Z Mini I have in another room. (No problem with same chanel, same provider, same game , same time on the Z Mini either). I never got this probelm on the Z12 Ultra with MOL3. Just MOL4.
Anxiously awaiting the next beta, is there a time frame for beta releases from Formuler, for example Apple usually does a 2 week cycle for their betas, which doesn't mean that if needed they don't release earlier.
Is this still tryable? 
An issue: I´m using Formuler Z12 Ultra.I installed MOL4 on the box.After that i imported the portals from the box to my app on the phone Mytvonline+.I wasnt able to edit the portals on the app after that.Everything was greymarked.Then i tried to install portals manually,then i work again.Now i can edit the portals. Just in case anyone else have the same issue.

My findings (MyTVOnline 4):
I’m missing a “Next Episode” button in the player when watching series.
As mentioned before, the app starts on the home screen instead of live TV.
I miss the option to hide channels, like in TiviMate.
Image settings are located under the profile instead of the main settings, which feels illogical.
Additional finding (added 06-05):
I can no longer find the option to manually update the EPG.
