everything was working fine last night before bed including epg, woke up this morning it says m3u error Check m3u URL Code 11
Have tried inputting m3u and xmltv again and no joy
Any help be great.... thanks

Try first your m3u on vlc and other iptv apps to see if it works. Maybe your provider have problems!

I keep getting the error code 11 I thought my first Formuler z8 was defective, I sent it back & ordered another one & the same thing. I’ve tried 3 IPTV providers & got the URL to put into the m3u & all give the error code 11. I’ve contacted the company that makes these so hopefully they can tell me what the issue is....

What does VLC say when you try to play m3u url with it?
And if VLC on the Z8 doesn't work, do you have a PC/laptop? What if you try the m3u URL with VLC on the PC/Laptop? Does it give an error/warning?

Code 11 means: m3u URL invalid/incorrect.
1. You inserted not the complete url, maybe one missing char or similar.
2. URL is correct but included under portal and not into Playlist. Playlist would be correct.
3. Provider not working or changed something. In this case contact your provider.

Type the m3u URL in a web browser to see if it is working. If it is working, a .m3u file will be downloaded from your web browser.
Or if your m3u is the long format that includes the username and password parameters in the URL, you can convert the long m3u URL into an API portal URL for easier access
