just received my brand new Z8 today, added its ID to my provider and got the error code 7 immediately
Any thought ?
worst experience so far !

Make sure you have given mac correct starting 00:1A:79.
Also if using xtream api or playlist, then double check all entered correct -

Did you try to change (over the provider url in connections) the server nickname? Try with 12345678 or similar, but nothing same like in url, just for test.
Provider with Login and password is XtremCodes Server, first one with MAC is Stalker.

try with another application like iptv smarter pro because it's the same setting and without "/ c". If it works, I have no other idea. Otherwise, you are mistaken in the http: // xxxx, username and password.

my problem is the same in the app mytv Online2 the portal no working , only code 7 error !
The internet s fine and sever have my MAC but nothing is going on . I test it on two server.

Do you give the right mac?
Give the provider your mac id.

yes I will do it but they don´t give an answer. With the m3u it is going , but I want to have the portal to.

I also get error 7 occasionally. Only solution I have found is to shut down Z8, then reboot modem/router.
Then restart Z8.
My other 2 providers don't have this issue. So even if MyTvOnline2 gives error 7, I just switch providers and they work always.
I don't know why this issue is ONLY using MyTvOnline2.

Main eeriest for not starting the Mac portal is the senti e letters! You maybe send your provider 0 instead of O—> letter!
Therefore be careful when providing your provider such Infos!!
My problem on the Begrünung was that I didn’t have the correct Mac Address lol after providing the acres entering the Portal everything work perfectly!
Therefore form your side is”only” too provide the correct Mac Address and entering it correctly!
