If i record something and we watch TV, then it automatically jumps to the one that is recording
That is how it currently works, new functionality will come which allows to watch one channel while recording another.
But also then, it will only work when your iptv provider explicitly support 2 simultaneous streams.
And then he jumps back every 10 seconds
The recording is also not visable in records either
Just recorded again and now he goes back every 40/50 sec to what i record
When you let the recording finish or press stop, you should be able to watch it under "Recordings".

That is one of the topics where the developers are working on, but until it is released I can only guess.
watch one channel while recording another
This is still in development, because Z8 use PVR, DVB-T, PiP and need for this option more time to let it work bug free. This feature will not come with next official 06.Jan. but with one update early 2020.
I have one line subscription, I would like to watch a recording which is already on my drive and at the same time record live TV. I have added this as a feature request, however I think it was never mentioned if this would be added in a future update. Would this technically be possible in Android?
This feature is possible in Linux, would be great if could be added to the Z8.
