You haven’t advised how you’re connected, portal or MAC?

Is your device definitely receiving internet connection?

Have you updated to the latest firmware, if no, do the update and then report back if you’re still experiencing an issue and provide as much information as possible.

All info will help in this situation.

If you are connecting ok and have epg then getting a blank screen.

That could indicate it is provider issue. Have you checked with your provider to find out?

Also a good test, if you can connect to your iptv using your phone or tablet, if you get the same result then it shows it’s a provider issue.

If you’re connecting using portal then you should find it easy to use on your phone or tablet.

When i connect to phone or tablet with IPTV smarters pro it works

I had the same issue with Z8 and had to go with m3u.

You can use m3u as portal as well if you want, just remove the /c at the end of the url and click on login required and put you username and password that your provider will give you

some portal urls have a /c on the end and sometimes connection will work fine,, but sometimes it will not.

I have found that by simply removing the /c from the url can solve the problem.
