Following an update:
At startup, the Z7 + logo only appears a fraction of a second and a notice is displayed on the screen
"No signal"
Is there a way to start a reset without having to access the Formuler home?
Z7+ can't start it...

Flashes red and green for about 20 seconds

I think your friend needs to contact the dealer/reseller to ask warranty.
This should be repaired....
