I get the message:

Even when i try to create a new account.

Manually create a new account on opensubtitles.org website and try again

Change an User ID and E-mail address when you get the error message and try again.
after you signed up the account, please activate the account in your email.
and When you log in, you have to choose <Sign-in> option, not the <Sign-out> option.

works fine for me. Good feature to have, would be good if we could somehow get subtitles for live channels too. I didn't have to sign into subtitle websites. It seems to find it from somewhere.

what I would like to know is how to change the size of the subtitles or position it lower down. Please let me know if anyone knows. Thanks.

How do i search for subs if i want them in danish?, as i see it, it only works for language that Mol2 is translated to.

Formuler released a software hotfix for your issue today.
Please update the software on your device using the software update app on the Home screen.

I seem to only get the "error while signing in" message when I don't put in the correct name of the movie.
Sometimes the icon photo of the movie says one name but the text name under it is something else.
Movies get released earlier in other countries than in mine and they go by a different name, so I need to find the real name then search for the CC and all works well.
I don't understand why it does this, but it works for me.
