Official FW 10.10.39 and MOL2 10.10.38 update for Formuler Z10 Series released.

Firmware: 10.10.39

MYTVOnline 2 : 10.10.38

Important:

Software cannot be rolled back after installation.

If serious errors occur, please do factory reset.

Hi,SAM,in the third line it says:MYTVonline2:10.10.35,wheras the mol2 update is:10.1038.

I guess its a type error?

Hi,I am slightly puzzled about the latest update, i went to homescreen,software update,and it reads Official Software, Software Update 0.

Beneath that it reads current version is the latest,and further below it reads Current FW10.10.39,Current IPTV 10.10.38.

I havent downloaded anything manually, how is this possible?

Or is the software download teleported and installed by Formuler?

You installed the same software already in beta phase, if beta is stable and no issue reports arrive + nothing change since beta phase, the beta become official status with same version no. and changelog .

Means in that case, if beta already installed, it is same like today's official, for all others who did n`t installed beta is today's official completely new update.

Sounds logical or not?

I have a brand new Z10 Pro Max that I installed on 9/30/22 with Firmware v10.0.2 - It automatically installed v10.10.39 Firmware. The microphone is missing from the Gboard and Google Assistant does not exist in the Device Preferences. I was able to get the microphone back on to the Gboard by installing the Google app.. The Google Assistant still does not work.. I tried it on (2) Z10 Pro Max boxes and got the same results. Has anyone seen this problem? Is something missing from the 10.10.39 Firmware that is needed for the Google Assistant? Any help would be appreciated. I have numerous brand new Z10 Pro Max with Firmware v10.0.2 that I need to initialize.

I also have a problem. It started updating but doesn’t contineu. I only see formuler and the 4 coloured dots bouncing…… what to do?

I just took a brand new Z10 Pro Max and i got a error message when i try to update the firmware.

Is there a way to make a new (hard ) restart? Formuler is startong up anymore. Its stuck on de name Formuler and de four coloured dots bouncing……

MOL2 10.10.38 is updated ok. Firmware 10.10.39 update gives ”Firmware Network Error".

Tested now and reproduced the update issue. Formuler is informed, please try tomorrow again to update.

Update:

Was able to install firmware update too.

After first try, MOL2 was updated and FW update get stuck. Just reboot the box once and try again with fw update. Please report.

Hi,

I turned on my Formular Z10 pro max on yesterday and it showed me that there were upgrade to do to mytvonline2.

After I click to upgrade, it shows the following error: "Firmware network error" and it does not update.

I did the procedures that were recommended here with no results. Can You help, please?

SAM.. No updates available in GPlay. I am going to try to setup another box and see what happens. This is a first.. I've setup numerous boxes without this issue.

SAM.. The 3rd brand new Z10 Pro Max that I powered on today with initial Firmware v10.0.2. The Google Assistant & microphone worked on the box normally.

After installing v10.10.39 Firmware. The microphone is missing from the Gboard and Google Assistant does not exist in the Device Preferences. I was able to get the microphone back on to the Gboard by installing the Google app and changing app permissions.. The Google Assistant still does not work.. Let me know your thoughts..

SAM.. Google Play shows that Google Assistant is not compatible with this (Z10 Pro Max) device.. That's weird.. It works on my box that I've been using for 6 months.. Even after the 10.10.39 update..

I have a problem with sound after the update the sound is very low

But watching Netflix on TV (without box is normal sound)

A friend of mine have the same problem with the low sound, I hope it can be fixed after the next update

We both have the z10 pro max

I still have a problem with the remote control on the Z10pro, it doesn't work, the light flashes on the box and the remote when I press it...I restart the box at least 5 times and it works again...this happens every day, I have the latest update

Hi,

I'm also having some sort of volume issue in that audio in MOL2 never triggers my subwoofer to output any bass. Other apps e.g. Plex on the Z10 pro max are fine but MOL2 never outputs bass at all. Anyone else have this issue with the Z10 Pro Max and their audio setup?
