Are you using MAC-ID portal?
We have reported an epg issue in the MAC-ID portal and we are currently working on a fix.
Until the resolved software is released, please use the Xtream-Code (ID/PW) account from the service provider (if possible)
I am having trouble connecting MAC portal. I entered the correct MAC ID and portal url.I was able to connect to the same MAC portal in an app in Apple tv so I know the portal is working. Please can somebody help me.

System sounds,
After box has been on a couple of hours they don’t work have to do a box reboot then the system sounds start to work again

The Remote won't turn on the box after power off,so have to take out the power cord to get it working again,don't happen all the time but it happens to much.
I am using the gtv-bt remote but same story with the ir remote.

I read somewhere that it is preferred to not turn power off completely,but put the box in standby (as it uses very little electricity).I did follow this advice,and never had startup problems again(as it happened to me occassionally too)
Maybe you should give it a try?(I am using ir remote and am on MAC ID Portal)
I will give the Standby option a try,but if possible I hope they can sort out the the power off problem.

Hi,SAM,i just set up my Z11promax,i am on XC connection,went to mol3 ,added Portal filled in URL,username and password and went to connect.
on screen it says connect failed,check Portal URL,server returned HTTP404,code :1005-400
What is wrong, i checked data twice and do not see any type errors?

If I create a portal access via Stalker with MAC address, Live TV runs the first time I start it.
If I switch once to VOD or series (the box occupies a second access on the server) and then back to live tv, I only have the loading indicator and no live tv channel is displayed anymore.
Even after redesigning the box, only access to VOD and series.
If I change the server access to URL with name and password, everything works.
Am I making a mistake ?
And is it correct that 2 connections are then also displayed on the server portal?
It wasn't like that until the Z10.
thanks for helpproblem when I watch a 4k hdr channel and I return to a normal channel the z11 pro max remains in hdr and does not return to normal. but if I deactivate the hdr everything returns to normal
Only 11 channels on 'adult only (XXX)'
I have 2 provider and both have the same problem.
This is a bug on z11 the z10 hasn't no issues with adult only XXX
I can't get a playlist to play. Shows 39,000 channels but reboots at prompt " Watch Live TV". Same playlists is flawless on myCC. Also won't connect to different provider using same mac as the CC. Once again CC is flawless. I've had Z11 for 3 days now and can't get either of my providers loaded. Both are flawless on CC and for that matter my Z10 has no problem either. I set these up for all kinds of people and have never ran into this problem.
Definitely Mytv3. Enter same info into STBemu Pro and OttNavigator with no problems. I already own 2 Z10's, 1CC and this Z11. Can't connect either playlists or mac portal with Mytv3. The only reason I bought Z11 is Mytv 3.

Iptv comes in all sorts of packaging. You install STBpro on your Z11 and you too can use mac id.

The mac numbers on all of them start with 00:1E:B8 and are nothing as far as I can tell. Now the mac id starts 00:1A:79 which is correct. I don't know the mac id on this newZ11 and am clueless as to where to find it. I hope this makes sense as I am doing my best to describe. Long story short I don't think it is actually changing the mac when I put in manually. Every other formuler I have is running off provider sent info.

You can find your Z11 mac id in the content manager,just scroll down from your portal connection,to MAC ID, and scroll back up again and click on hidden info,and it should appear?

Theres where the problem begins. That mac would be the 1st IPTV I've ever seen beginning with 00:1E. What's the difference in mac address and mac id? All formular boxes prior to Z11 posted both numbers as different. The mac id that providers are looking for begin 00:1A. Thanks for your help henkie but I'm already past that to more settings and actually putting my own mac in. Z11 Does not show proper default mac
I didn't just pick this up. I am 65 and have been at this quite a while. Thats why I don't get this default 00:1E onZ11.

Just change the beginning of the mac id to 00:1a:79 to the provider, it will work 
I mean you give the provider with 00:1a:79, you just change the numbers to the provider.
Thanks cyber, have you tried? I have worked this thing every which way but loose to no avail. Yes I have changed entire mac and still no go. I have 2 other older formulers sitting here that I have ran today to verify both providers, even on this Z11 through other installed players providers are rolling. Just can't get MYtv3 to run. MF still code 1011 "Contact Provider".
Ok, Got it on the mac provider. Logged in without username and password. Getting this playlist from other provider to load will be another bear to skin.
hello, I have a Rii x8 bluethoot keyboard with usb key with my z10 pro max the language is French, on my z11 pro max I do the same but the keys do not match yet I compared the parameters of the 2 boxes and they are same thing, what should i do?? or is it a z11 bug?
Install french keyboard from gplay and try again.
it's not an app, it's a physical keyboard, on my z10 pro max I never put any app

Ok, that is something else. Does this happen on entire box or only in Mol3? What is exactly the difference to Z10, all keys, or few and which one?
EPG is up to date in MOL3, but ”Favorite” channels being shown at Formulers launcher does not update time and info.

hello, yes a lot of keys, I'm going to say 3/4 and I tested all the languages that were available but none worked, and yet on my z10 pro max all the keys correspond, I even tested the keyboard of my ipad in bluethoot and similar 3/4 of the keys do not correspond, and on the box itself or on mol 3 it's the same, the keys don't match

Is there a best practice should we use the standard Mac 00:1E:... or change it to 00:1A:79. I experience error code 1101 and 1004 when using the standard mac with stalker portal. M3U works ok, but using portal login via MAC does not work with standard 00:1E, I am i doing something wrong?

Did you enable "Lock adult Categories" menu?
Please check menu setting.
- MYTVOnline3 > Settings > Parental Options > Activate "Lock Adult Categories"

Please try to set HDR output to "adaptive"
Home > Settings > Device Preferences > Display & Sound > HDR Output Mode > Set to "Adaptive"

Can’t delete recordings
I’m using a SD card recording and time shift works fine
When I go to try delete a recording nothing happens.
I long press on said recording put a tick in recording I want to delete press green to delete and nothin happens
Is this a bug or am I missing something ?

Same here (hdd via usb), sometimes deleting works 1st time, and sometimes it only works after exiting the menu first and retry. Seems a little bug to me.

And also the led light when the box is power off shouldn't be off ?
