I have downloaded the beta version and setup config file etc.

It looks like you have to change between portals like on the MTV2. Is this going to change so all the portals are connected together and can search all portals ? I thought this was a great feature for the MYTV3 and one of the better changes ?

there is still no work related to the file manager. z11 pro ntfs formatted hdds are seen as empty. An update is required for this.

Which "file manager" are you using?

I am using ntfs format hdd. I was already using these hdds on my z10 pro max device before, the device sees hdd but it is empty in the content section, when the hdd content is entered in the file manager, it is blank, in the media browser, the file is empty in all files section, but the content is displayed in the video section all files root I think your permissions are missing.

I can see that there has been an update for z11, super cool, but the problem with loading series from m3u file still doesn't work

have had the z11 box for 2-3 months now and have written a lot about the problem and you have written that you should probably look at it but every time there is an update the problem has not been fixed

it would be great if you could make it so that series can also be loaded, I'm currently still using my z10 box because I can't load my series on the z11 box

so I hope you can fix the problem so I can use my z11 box instead

After more testing i can confirm 2 things i wrongly said it wasn't working...

Timsehift and recording are working with network storage. turns out you have to enable Lan Network on your VPN app, then it connects and starts recording and timeshift.

I have one question regarding timeshift. The timeshift recordings will automatically be deleted by formuler or do i have to go to the hdd and delete it myself?

I’ve noticed this prior to the beta update but waited until the beta to see if my issue is resolved.

I replaced my GTVs with 2 x Z11 Pro and 1 x Z11 pro max

Since changing from GTV I have noticed the HDMI CEC function isn’t working fully.

I’ve tested over a variety of TV brands and each have the same issue.

When I power off the Z11 pro / max to standby, it duly happens and also turns the tv to standby….

When I fully power off the Z11 and TV from the mains and power back on, I notice the Z11 powers on ok but the TV remains in standby. This also happens when waking the devices from standby.

I have ensured all tv settings are correct, they recognise the Z11 devices within CEC settings, Z11 CEC is also enabled so I cant understand why the TV doesn’t automatically wake from standby when the Z11 comes on.

When I swap Z11 to GTV, everything works fine but when I go back to Z11, the issue described appears.

On a side note. I have also noticed the one option in the Z11 CEC does not work / a notice appears when toggled on.

a messaged appears saying

“CEC wake up from Power Mode not supported”

I don’t think this is related to my issue but thought it worth a mention just incase.

All modern TV 2022 versions

In-line with the above post, I have been searching and it seems Android have been working on improvements using Android 12.

It’s worth a read for devs at least.

So, it is possible it’s simply a compatibility issue but then doesn’t explain why the older Android 10 on GTV works OK but not on Z11 series with Android 11

hello to all I have tried everything and still no epg I am disgusted and I try to update and it tells me udapte info error in red

I would like to take up this again: after a successful recording, the box does not go back into standby. Can someone help?

I don't understand I've tried everything to get the epgs jet lag, manual time, etc. my nothing even the last beta update my nothing while the z8 works great my z11 pro max no epg if someone can help me 😢

Any idea when this beta update will be pushed as an official release

hello, just to report a bug, when you activate IPV6 in the network option of android the GUI restart every 2 seconds.

I as well am having this issue, if you don't wait for CEC about 38 seconds then z11 will boot to ui@home and shortly after it will sleep turning the tv back off user will then have to power up device again lg tv webos, I also have this
