    My 11z PRO Max wont load vod, no problem With tv shows. Some time it works and then all of tHe sudden it won’t load. It’s like it can’t find any data. What can that be? No problem with 10z pro max I have on my other tv?

    I think it might be the mytv 3 that have buggs I have an 10z pro max with mytv 2 and there it’s no problem what so ever!

    I have updated the box like that many times, it’s not helping, it’s a fix that are needed, they have to send an update with a fix for mytvonline3 MyTv2 is fine on 10z as I said. I have now seen many have the same problem.

    Next time it happens try to manually refresh your data using the menu below:

    Main Menu > Content Sources > Data Sync > Contents Data > Refresh

    Let us know if it works after that.

    Step 1. Main Menu > Content Sources > Data Sync > Contents Data > Refresh

    Step 2. Wait for the refresh to complete. Sometimes it can take a few minutes.

    Step 3. A new button will appear in the main menu: "Refresh Contents"

    Step 4. Main Menu > Press the "Refresh Contents" button and check the VOD menu again.

    Please report back with your results.

    Have you installed the soundimprove program for DD? Sometime it opens for me, vod, and sometimes it not! I say 15% of the time it works. It have to be MyTvOnline3 that needs a fix.

    Similar to the above posts I have noticed an increase in unable to load VOD and series.

    Refreshing using data sync sometimes sorts it but over the past week or so, I’ve had to go through content sources and refresh that way.

    Only then does it pull the information through properly so content can be viewed.

    Something that might be noteworthy here.

    If you refresh using data sync aside from it being set for a particular time, you of course notice when content has arrived by the notification and then the option to refresh.

    However, if like me you have multiple TV services and VOD only service, during data sync refresh, when the icon appears telling you to refresh, don’t press that, go to content sources and you’ll notice that the other services are still refreshing!

    Why is this important you may ask?

    Well, I mentioned above that when the refresh icon appears due to content being received, naturally you’ll press it. However if content is still updating for your other services, the same refresh icon 99% of the time does not reappear when the content pull is complete.

    So it’s easy to assume that you’ve refreshed but actually may not have refreshed everything.

    So unless the icon appears. The content pull isn’t known unless you check through content sources.

    Where to find the info in content sources you ask?

    Well when you refresh within this menu or even the normal data sync menu, underneath your service name, there will be a flashing icon abit like an epg… if that’s flashing, content is still refreshing.


    All of that aside…

    I’ve read before that mytvonline automatically searches for content every 3 hours so you shouldn’t need to manually refresh, if that’s true, The feature from what I can tell has never worked. The only automatic refresh I’ve experienced is on the time you’ve manually set it to.

    I think MTOL3 is an amazing upgrade to previous versions, it’s really good, however the content refresh needs work to streamline and function better.

    For multiple services, the refresh notification that new content has arrived shouldn’t appear until all services has pulled the updated content (if any) or simply refreshed the sub.

    So in a nutshell, I think from what I’ve experienced, the VOD error is attributed by the refresh operation.

    The logs can be created on user side and send directly over box to Formuler. The Tracking No. must be noted and posted in this thread too, for better control and understand who send it.

    Home menu-> Settings -> device preferences ->About -> Report problem ->Send Logs

    I experience the issue right now, tried to

    Refresh content via data sync (multip times),

    Refreshed via the data source menu (where you can edit your data source credentials etc),

    Restart device,

    In / out from MTOL3,

    Cleared and updated epg (shouldn't have any impact, but tried anyway).

    One thing that I see is strange is if I do multiple consecutive data sync, I always get "new content is available", should I get that? I wouldn't assume they have added any new content between the updates.

    Live tv and tv series works.

    I have only one data source.

    I experienced the same.

    Lots of movies not available to load

    Refresh solved a lot....but not all and I lost a lot of preview images.

    Later some of these preview images came back.

    Refresh was done through contents manager in the menu and refreshing as soon as it said it was available with one provider on the box.

    I have the same problem tried everything. My account works with my phone and computer. Cant load VOD but everything else works. Yesterday I was able to get it working for a while when I made the router and the box powerless for 10 min. Nothing works now.

    I have tried to look for this Icon....flasing while refreshing ......but was not able to find it.

    Could you be so kind to post a screenshot of this Icon.


    Yesterday I refreshed through Data manager.....waited 1 hour after the "press refresh in the menu" command appeared, and then pressed refresh contents option in the menu.

    VOD was opened and movies would show........only most of the preview icons were gone.

    When scrolling all the way down there were preview icons showing.

    No previews on vod and vods not working att all atm...Sometimes works after refresh of the providers but previews and vod problem has been like this for almost two weeks..using latest veta now and same

    Folks thanks for sending the logs, Formuler found the reason but need from 2-3 of you test account to fix the issue.

    I am unable to watch VOD and TV Series. I am using a portal. I get message “error can play this video. Please try again later”. I just submitted log tracking #CC7D2A. I have a z8 and am using the same portal and it working fine. Can you please help?
