I have it still does not work. The provider told me they get the same error don't know why.
Delete the created portal in MOL+ and create a new one.
Quadruple check the username and password. 1 (one) could be l (lowercase L). 0 (zero) could be O (uppercase o)... and so forth.
This could also be the case where your provider does not allow multiple connections on 1 account at the same time. Only your IPTV provider can tell.
