Hello everyone.
I use a Formuler Z11 Pro Max in combination with an LG television. I also use a Formuler GTV-BT1 Bluetooth remote control. I used the Formuler Remote app to do the “Set up TV IR Control” to set up my LG television and set the Formuler GTV-BT1 to control the volume of the LG television with “Set up Volume Control”.
But when starting up the TV and Formuler Z11 Pro, I have no sound since recently. When I go to the Formuler Remote app and then “Set up Volume Control”, I see that the “Android System Volume” is completely off by itself. If I set it back to maximum, everything works fine again. But why is the Android System Volume all the way down every time I restart? I have been experiencing this recently and have never had this problem before. What can I do about this?

Hold ok button on remote app and go to info.
Click on clear data and press ok.
Restart device and open formuler remote again en set it all up again.
If problem stil exist try factory reset.

I did not factory reset the box. I downloaded the app “Ziggo Go” last week and apparently it gives problems. I removed the app and the problem is solved.

If you use a streamings app like ziggo and you are done with watching.
Always close all backgrounds app.
Push 2x fast on home button and then the red button. Maby it help.

I did not factory reset the box. I downloaded the app “Ziggo Go” last week and apparently it gives problems. I removed the app and the problem is solved.
Please reply if you experience the issue again (even after uninstalling the ziggo app).

Many people here have already reported that when the box comes out of sleep mode, the "mute" function activates.
To avoid this problem, you need to turn off the box instead of putting it in sleep mode.
Or you need to configure one of the shortcut buttons on the remote to turn off the "mute."
This problem is present whether CEC is enabled or not, with the IR remote or the BT1 remote.

volume control function is being lost between LG tv and Sonos soundbar. Very intermittent issue seems to work sometimes then other times not.
The GTV-BT1 remote is set IR control is set to LG and Volume control is also set to LG.
When press up and down volume on remote it works intermittently also at times do not get full volume extend from Sonos soundbar.
Any help would be much appreciated. -

Yeah, reported this issue already in august from my z11 pro max. except shortcut mute does not work for me.
Promised(at pm) this would be fixt with the next firmware update but still waiting..

Please try the new Z11 beta firmware and report your results in this thread:

Sounds like a different issue. The known issue was system volume is zero after waking up from standby.

Still have the volume issue where the volume bar doesnt always appear on screen whej adjusting. Its becoming very annoying. TV is an LG and is connected to a Sonos Soundbar. It is an intermittent issue sometimes it works as expected then other times it doesn’t. Can this be investigated please?

Note that the soundbar at the bottom center only appears in the box menus, as it is the volume of the Android system.
Once in MOL3, if you lower or increase the volume, it is the interface of your amplifier (for my part) or soundbar that should appear on the screen, and not the soundbar of the Android system.
Of course I think the soundbar must be connected to the TV's eARC port, and the eARC function must be activated in the TV menus.
