    Go to Formuler remote app.

    Choose gtv-bt3 temote (the 1st)

    You see screen with your remote and battery etc.

    Push to left

    Click setup hotkey

    Select the last with the 5 dots.

    Select single tap

    Search for "mouse".

    Click ok

    Push home button and when you push now on remote on the 5 dots button the mouse appear.

    And with up left right bottom you can use the mouse on remote

    Formuler Remote App -> set one of the buttons with dots for mouse (as one clic, double clic or long press to activate mouse, same to deactivate).

    Steps to turn off PiP

    1. While watching Live TV, press the Info button on your remote to bring up the info bar.
    2. Press the cursor down button to show the extended info menu.
    3. Locate the PiP icon (it may look like a smaller box within a larger box).
      • Press the OK button on your remote to disable PiP.

    I have to think they will be doing an update of sorts before christmas it might not cover all the glitches and updates people want but i think it would be good for some to be resolved. It'll be an early christmas present from formuler to their customers.

    They do a lot of fixes and improvemts in the update. It must be tested on there side. Count on a big update. And that are a lot of fixes and many of time of work in it from the developers.

    They don't fix 1 thing and direct bring out an update. They collect data from users and working on it.

    Please be patient.

    Again recording error.

    Setup recording via guide this afternoon at 18.00 hours for program. (In mol3 is timeshift activated and at dvr options is the usb (ntfs formatted) selected.)

    I diner at 17.30 and box was ON.

    I come back from diner and again with z12 recording error.

    Pushed manual recording and it records.

    Sometimes it works and sometimes it won't.

    Reformatted usb when i got z12.

    I set my express VPN to auto connect on boot

    The box recognises the vpn connects and shows the notification, it then shows VPN Disconnected notification straight after but the VPN is actually still connected as shown by the key indicator and also me manually checking.

    The same happens if I manually disconnect and then reconnect the VPN as a test. Notification shows connected, VPN shows connected and indicator by the key icon but if I open MTOL3, immediately the notification for VPN disconnected appears yet it is actually connected.

    Issue is fixed with the latest v12.10.04 beta.

    You can install it and check.


    Access Code: 1339

    1. Open the Software Update app
    2. Enter the appropriate access code, then press the red box button
    3. Start Download

    Try getting info from single view epg or press info button twice.

    i can get a synopsis of the program by going onto the channel and then pressing info while the program is playing i can also select right cursor to go to epg and it shows me all the programs on that channel that day with program info etc

    I did want to get the info from the epg page though without going on to the channel i assume thats not possible with formuler products ? Maybe thats something they can look into for a future update.

    still very new to formuler products and still learning loving it thus far its my goto iptv product

    Yes that is possible with file manager plus app and or build in app networkstorage.

    I have a connection to my nas server with movies over the network with with my z11 and z12.

    My my3online app restarts randomly when i play media from my iptv provider (not the live channels) It closes 100 percent of the time on first start of any media. its usually okay then after it has restarted. it does sometimes restart if i try fast forward the media too, anyone else have a similar issue?

    No not all.

    But i had first when i play a movie with dolby atmos thruehd from my nas in my local network with novaplayer or vlc player and i fast forward the movie, the sound begon to scratch and after 10 seconds strange colors and reboot.

    I use now only kodi. No more problems.

    The beta update is offline, but comes again. Maby this week. I will be announced and i advice if it is there, please install it.

    So keep an eye on the forum those days please. Maby it fix your problems my friend.

    iIf there are no updates by the end of the month, I can therefore conclude that the era is over. When I see all the bugs and the lack of response from the staff, I think, what's the point of complaining? Nothing ever changes. Today it was Wi-Fi and Ethernet disconnections, why? We don't know? Yet everything works fine on my other devices... Anyway, just another bug. 200 bucks, guys, what a regret this purchase :unamused_face:

    I experience the same!

    Instant recording to my attached ssd works fine, but scheduled recordings are a mess. The Z12 wakes up on scheduled time but there is no recording. One time it recorded 10 minutes of the full 1 hour show. Hope this will be fixed with the next update!

    Are you able to reproduce the issue every time?

    If you can please reproduce the issue, and send logs. Let me know the tracking number for the logs as well.

    I understand you are not happy. But pc's, cars, tv's, tv boxes, software etc also need updates.

    You can send it back, and buy it a half year or year later again, if you can't wait for the updates. They can bring an update online fast, but then maby other problems. It's a small company, better wait what longer and good update with many fixes and improments then every week one update with just 1 fix.

    Christmas is also coming so. Make your choice. wait for updates. They are working hard on each problem. The must reproduce the user problem. Sometimes it happens in one time and other problems to reproduce the can't. We have the same box. I don't have ethernet problems. Some have it.


    In you can't wait, send it back...

    ...buy it a year later when it had some updates. But everything will be okay my friend. Just have some patience.

    Hello,
    On MyTvOnline 3, you can set the EPG update interval to a minimum of every 3 hours and a maximum of every 24 hours.

    To update the content of your portal, you can enable automatic updating (enabled by default).
    To do this, go to: Contents > Data synchronization > Auto update.

    You can then check that the "Automatic refresh" option is enabled and choose the refresh time that suits you.

    However, unlike with the EPG, you cannot choose to refresh at 3-hour intervals. This refresh will be performed once every 24 hours at the time you have chosen.

    I imagine this is to avoid asking each server for a new update to load new content many 3 hours, if any, so as not to overload the requests. I think once every 24 hours is fine. Any more than that would be unnecessary.

    When i hook my z12 to my Marantz Sr7800 i have a buzzing sound (groundnoice). If i check out surrond in the settings it dissapere. Also if i choose passthrough it will be gone.

    The Z8 with the same connection never had that bussingsound. If i hook it up into the bedroom to the tv and the soundbar it will sound go all time.

    I had similar issue when upgrading from z10 to z11,recordings from z10 got lost ,due to different recording pathways.

    I guess the same issue will play up with your question.
