MYTVOnline 4 Beta Upgrade now available for Z12 Ultra

    I have done some beta testing in the past for a well known hifi brand, and after detecting bugs mostly after a few days there was already a fix.. I I find it quite disappointing that now for almost 1.5 month after releasing a beta version there still no fixes for the obvious buggy beta release, and let the beta testers hang out to dry with no chance to return..

    When pressing the guide button (when on live tv) on the Z12 remote the provider epg is not populated. However, pressing to the right on the select button brings up the epg list. (choice appears briefly when fist selecting channel) Is this a known issue with this beta? Refreshing contents on the provider does not update epg.


    Update: Discovered changing EPG Mode to alternate in the provider content source updated the epg.

    Somewhere you find "meta api". Turn that off.

    If it won't help at all clear cache and above cache clear data. Then fill in your portal and at the username icon you find settings. There you find the meta api option. Tuen that off then.

    I literally get 2 seconds, it’s not possible. So I obviously can’t use the app at all 🤷🏼‍♂️

    So I have my box set to start live tv in Mtv4 and also the cog wheel on home screen I have launcher settings set for live tv also. I wonder if a mismatch in those settings could cause issues. But with that said at one point i started the app and got a warning I think from google that there was a critical memory leak. the box completely crashed, I restarted it and have not seen the warning since, but i do restart it every few days just in case. have only had the app crash a few times.

    Audio sync is off both Formuler Mini and Formuler Z12

    I have a Z12 and a Mini and have 3 servers on each and as of late after last update boxes audio is off by -250 ms every channel ,every server so that tells me it is a MY Online tv 3 issue and I fail to find a solution where I can apply audio sync to all channels at once. After I sync a channel it is fine but if I change channels and go back to previous channel I have to re-sync again Pain in the ASS, Please have techs fix this:frowning_face:. ASAP

    In mytvonline4 settings you can set automatic update interval. Then it updates all live tv, vod an series at a specific time you set it up.


    You can only manually update everything apart.

    Live tv: go to a channel, press ok button, press to left on remote (with d-pad), go to left upper 3 dots button, press ok and click on "update all live".

    Vod: almost same steps as above. But go first to vod section before manually update.

    You can setup auto refresh in mytvonline4 settings at a time when you want refresh it.

    Don't know the exactly steps, but if there appears above in the menu a "refresh content" button and you presh ok. Then it refresh all, epg, live, vod and series.

    It's in mytvonline settings somewhere and happens once a day.

    If you can't find the option, i can tomorrow explain the right steps for you.

    When following series and press pause,it often happens,that upon resume the serie jumps up to the next episode.

    I have to go back to previous episode and manually correct it.

    **MOL4 Beta: Cloudflare Error 1010 on XC API connections (works fine in MOL3 / TiviMate / UHF)**

    Hi all,

    **Issue:**
    MOL4 Beta fails to load content from my provider with Cloudflare Error 1010 ("banned browser signature" / Browser Integrity Check). The identical connection (same XC API credentials, same network) works perfectly on:

    - MOL3 on Z11 Pro Max
    - MOL3 on Z mini
    - TiviMate
    - UHF

    It fails on:

    - MOL4 Beta on Z12 Ultra
    - MyTVOnline+ on iOS (identical 1010 error)

    **What I've tested:**

    - Changed the API User Agent to a Chrome desktop string → still 1010
    - Changed the API User Agent to a TiviMate string → still 1010
    - Removing/re-adding the playlist or switching users changes the behavior only temporarily
    - Same network and DNS path across all devices — the working MOL3 boxes and the failing MOL4/MOL+ apps share identical routing and DNS, so DNS is not a variable

    **Analysis:**
    Since the UA string makes no difference and only the new-generation apps (MOL4 / MOL+) are affected while MOL3/TiviMate/UHF succeed on the same endpoint, the trigger appears to be the request fingerprint of the new network stack itself (TLS handshake / header set), which Cloudflare's Browser Integrity Check is flagging. MOL3's stack passes the same check. Nothing user-configurable in the app seems able to reach that layer.

    Happy to reproduce and send logs per the KB procedure — will post the tracking number here once done.

    Z12 Ultra, MOL4 Beta (build: ____), wired Ethernet, US.

    Private dns changed at internet settings at bottom to quad9 9.9.9.9 or off?


    Reproduce and sent logs please. Don't forget to write down logfile number here in forum.

    Private DNS is off, but my Asus Router (Merlin) is configured for DoT to Quad9 for the whole LAN (https://on.quad9.net/ = Yes)

    Logs Sent: Logfile = #0000001FF4442

    Works perfectly for a guy I know.... ;o)

    Paid CF DNS etc blah blah......

    I assume you referring to this URL: https://on.quad9.net/ . That URL is a Quad9 test URL that validates you are in fact using Quad9.

    No chance it's credentials. It's been checked and rechecked and test multiple times. MoL3 , UHF, and Tivimate apps are running on several other devices with the same credentials. For MoL+ this problem surfaced day 1. I didn't care much because I use UHF on mobile devices with no issues. All device are on the same LAN.

    For the Record, Code:1010 error = "Cloudflare Access Denied
    Error 1010 means a website protected by Cloudflare has blocked your access because your browser signature, headers, or traffic patterns resemble a bot."

    Hi. I performed the "software update" procedure, then got error code 1339. The update started, and after restarting, I still have My TV Online 3, and not MTO4! Does anyone know why? On one hand, I think it's a good thing, if MTO4 isn't finalized yet. Thanks.


    salut . J'ai fais la manipulation , " mise a jour logiciel " , puis code 1339 . Demarrage de la mise a jour , et apres redemarrage , jai toujours My Tv Online 3 , et non le MTO4 !? Quelqu'un sait pourquoi ?! d'un coté je me dis tant mieux , si MTO4 , n'est toujours pas finalisé . Merci

    It was +- a week online. Only beta mytvonline3 if not installed for mytvonline3 is online.

    vod series's need options for short by recent releases. some of web series have over 400 episode. each time i have to go from old to new that taking so long sometime its crash when i do that. Im using MYTVOnline 4 Beta. Please kindly consider my request, Thank you

    Not sure if this means much.. but I get the same error for 1 of my services on Z11 and Z12 same service works fine with shield and tivimate. This started roughly 4 days ago.

    Hi, I have recently purchased a Z12 ultra, I want to install Mytvonline 4 , the trouble is I can't access the software update on the home screen or in the market . The only software update I can see is on the right of the home screen, could someone guide me through the installation process please? I am a complete beginner.

    The beta update mol4 was only available for a short time,and was taken off.

    You will have to wait for new beta release or Official update(upgrade):winking_face:
