Hi I'm new here however I've been using the formuler z10 pro max box for the last few months and had no problems at all until now. The last couple of days the mytvonline2 app isn't connecting to my iptv accounts it's either sticking on 10% or just giving error code 3. All the details are entered correctly as I say been working fine until now. I've tried 2 different iptv accounts that work but the app still won't connect. I've tried to deleting the app and reinstalling however it still won't connect and the old data seems to be on the app still even though I've reinstalled it. I've tried to factory reset the box however it's asking for a pin and all of the pins I'm entering are saying incorrect and I've never changed the pin on the box myself. Does anyone know what this issue could be with the app and also why I can't reset the box?

if you can't delete the provider the box could be provider lock so:
1. open system info from the home screen,
focus on configuration then press zero(0) ten(10) times.
2. also note there was a iptv shutdown in europe region that affected about 1(one) million people.
so this can also cause errors when connecting if it applies to you.

I had the same problem as Roy92.
The same provider works fine on TiViMate and IPTV smarters on z10.
And this started right after that big shutdown in Europe.
Is it possible that my provider started blocking MyTVOnline2?

Can not see any reason for that, except Provider changed something on security script or something else.

Thanks Sam. I hope not because I prefer MyTV to TiViMate.
I can’t test my second provider since it’s affected by that Europe shutdown.

Update: it is working after two days of trying.
Don’t know what happened.

Exactly the same happened to me
After many emails from the IPTV supplier it is up and working with MyTVOnline again
I expect this was part of the great shutdown.

My online 2 works til I change the channel. Then freezes and disconnects. Then it won’t connect again for hours sometimes the next day. Been trying everything and getting no reply from provider. WTF?

Seems your sub. or the Provider have big issue. Contact them or change to other Provider.

I have had my IPTV for a little over a year now. The mytvonline 2 has stopped connecting I believe the error code was 1(?). Something to do with the provider?. Now after 2 weeks the screen stays black. I can still use all the other apps. So if it is a provider issue, the provider is IPTV, correct? Not the local cable company? Any help with this would be great. Thank you

I have a Z10 PRO MAX and has been fine for the little over a year that I've had it. MYTVONLINE 2 now shows the following screen:
Error Please check your internet connection, Portal URL, User ID, and Password Code: 7
Checked all connections, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still nothing. Any answers?

Provider down or maintainence.
Use google or so for another tv provider 😉

Sorry, don't understand "Use google or so for another tv provider." Could you go into a bit more detail. I believe I've tried everything I could think of. Very limited techy knowledge. When you say "provider down or maintenance," are you referring to my ISP?

He probably means,do a search on Google or other search engine with search term iptv providers.
By "provider down or maintenance" means your current IPTV provider is either out of business or doing work on its server (this however should only take a limited time,hours or 1-2 days)
Your ISP has nothing to do with the issue,unless they are blocking iptv.

Get the MyTvOnline+ app for your phone. Use cell signal not your wifi.
Use your details. If it doesn't work then it's your provider / service ran out.
