I am using iOS app on iPad Air 3 and can not see thumbnails in vod. It appears as black boxes.
We are currently aware of this issue. Should be fixed in the coming update.
Using my existing sub, I've been able to use the app on my iPhone 14 - it seems excellent!
However, on different iPads, the connection gets stuck at 70% and does not complete.
Any idea what might cause this problem?

Do you have multiple lines for your existing sub.?
I f not you probably need one line per device.
No, I have a single line - but I'm careful to only run one device at a time.
I did try the ipad one more time........and eventually it did complete. Seems I may have too many groups - but odd that on the iphone it loaded without delay.

I just had a quick question regarding the iOS app and new update. So basically, I appreciate Formuler for bringing this new update to let you import the IPTV source via QR code. However, the problem after importing and refreshing the feed, I have been having issues with viewing the content, it continuously shows “An error occurred: -1” for live streams; “No Data” under VOD description page; and similar error as live stream under VOD player.
I would appreciate any help and support.

It’s happening with channels and all of VOD content but there are channels that are working as well. Seems very arbitrary. Also tested it on different iOS devices and the issue replicated. No such issue on an s24 ultra/android. I wonder if it’s a codec issue?

Try to disable the portals on other devices. If you are using mobile data, please try connecting with wifi as well.

Understood. I’ll try this and see. Both work fine while using an android device and have not had to disable. I’ll confirm if the problem persists after that. As I shared, the issue seems to be restricted to many channels and VOD content. There are channels that still work even on iOS without disabling and both on mobile data and WiFi

Tried doing this F_Peter but the same issue. Disabled on the box and used only on one device using WiFi or data. Same error on most channels and VOD but many channels work. Everything Works fine on s24 ultra. iOS version used in 18.2. My provider supports multiple connections as it’s working on android.

Hi there, I have a friend with iOS using this app and he says the other iOS app he was using (which he doesn't like as much as Formuler) is fine but the Formuler app has out of sync audio

Hi, If the video and audio are out of sync, the app will play the audio first until it matches the video.
Play the content and let it run for a while until the video and audio are synchronized.

I have the same problem. I can see all directs tv or vod but not able to launch them : error -1

It was solved by changing the server URL.

They have boxes which has a more comprehensive interface so I expect they’ll keep with this setup

Nope exactly the same on data as well as WiFi. But the same app and service works like clockwork on and android phone

Making this available for Apple TV or Android TV means the boxes that are the Formuler brand are not necessary.
The boxes are even better then the app. The Z11 is phenomenal. I have an Apple tv but also have four Formuler boxes because MyTvOnline3 can't be beat by anything out there.

I have a paid subscription of iCloud so also have private relay enabled. The devices on which this app was working had private relay disabled. Turn that off and it will work on all iOS devices. Does this mean I should have it enabled or disabled? Also can I do this from my phones settings or do I need to take another step? This didn’t resolve my issue for VOD playback error.

For me disabling it worked. I created a shortcut on the Home Screen that takes me directly to the relay screen for enabling or disabling. It’s a chore but works fine. On all IOs devices now including 16pm and m4 iPads
