Good afternoon, I have already done what I was advised, the factory reset of my GTV. I am testing my Mtvonline2 and after two hours of use, the same thing is still happening. I tune to a channel and after watching the channel for more than 30 minutes, when I change to another channel, Mtvonline2 does not change channel, the image of the channel I was watching remains fixed. It is impossible to change to another TV channel. I have to disconnect from my Iptv and reconnect again or turn off my GTV and turn it on again in order to have my Mtvonline functional again. What should I do, another Factory Reset?????? It is definitely a bug in the latest update.

Try a different provider or
Try the same provider with a different connection method (XC, m3u, MAC)
Also try the same service with a different app on the same device to see if it makes a difference

I did what you indicated, I tested my Iptv(MAC) with another IPTV application and everything worked fine. It seems to me that the continuous disconnection problem with my Iptv service is from Mtvonline2. The image, I repeat, after 30 minutes of connection, is still fixed on the channel I am watching, to this I have to add a black screen that just happened right now. All this with MtvOnline2.

Summarizing: what happens to my GTV is the following, when I watch a channel suddenly the image is completely fixed, when I change channel I see that my GTV does not change channel, the image remains fixed on the channel where the bug occurred. As you can see, I am on one channel (Claro Sport) and I try to change channel. It is impossible. The image remains fixed on Claro Sport. I scroll through several channels but the image remains fixed in Claro Sport, only when I disconnect and reconnect my Iptv (or if I turn off and turn on my GTV) is when I can change the channel again. It seems as if the channel remains fixed, preventing me from changing the channel.

Thanks for the video.
I guess you use Stalker MAC/ ID as portal? Did you tested with XC Api Portal?
Also if not already done i would think about factory reset, because it is strange issue and i see it for first time.

Sometimes i noticed that ok button not responding properly. You have to press hard and make sure that channel is selected.

Stalker portal (mac/id) sometimes does not run well!!!
As i remember there was an stalker software update at some iptv providers, and since then the mol2 isnt works well with stalker..

I did as instructed and the same thing keeps happening with my GTV. The problem is not my Iptv provider. With the same Iptv that I have on a Formuler Z-Alpha that I had before I got my current GTV, there is no problem at all. I can only conclude that the problem is with the GTV. I can only think that.

For me it is sad to come to this conclusion, I had high hopes for the GTV. I had high hopes for the last update. The reality is disappointing. At the price of the GTV it should not have so many problems. I will do a factory reset again, the third one. I don't think it will change anything but it's the only thing left for me to do. Factory reset every problem to see if one day the Formuler techs can create an update that will bring GTV up to the level it should be.

New bug of my GTV. While watching a channel, several black screens that after 2 or 3 seconds I see the channel again. At a given moment the black screen remains fixed, you can try in all possible channels, the black screen continues. The only solution is to disconnect, reconnect the Iptv or turn the GTV off and on again. As seen in the video the status bar at the top right shows that the signal is good, the three bars are blank.

And I wonder SAM all the problems with Mytvonline2 and my Iptv is not caused by an incompatibility of the latest GTV update with the Xtream Codes panel via MAC/ID adress?

I would have to look for another Iptv provider, which is not easy right now, Sunday. I will try in the next few days to find another provider. But before the last GTV update I used this provider and I didn't have the problem I have now. And also as a test, I installed, as a test, Smart IPTV with my current MAC/ID and no problem. I have already done 2 factory resets and that has not solved the problem.

My old Iptv, continues with the same problem already described above. With my new Iptv so far everything works fine. So maybe it is my old Iptv that had problems, although the provider has told me several times that he has no information about this problem among his other customers. going insane with the gtv can anyone help
4k vod is just buffer buffer buffer
No matter what settings I try it just buffers tried all players all settings under the sun
Afr on and off spent hours
I use the same 4k service upstairs on WiFi on a z8pro and it's perfect the gtv just can't handle it
Like i say spent hours on this issue and still no luck

Increase Buffer to 10 and give your box static ip, check also with some speedtest app how the speed is.
Don`t know if you use vpn or not, try with and without. There are so many possible variables as a cause.

No 4K VOD buffering issues for me, only issue is still with resolution settings.

The z8pro upstairs on WiFi has far less speed and plays same 4k films fine

Dosent make sense I've tried every combination possible on gtv with no luck

another thing with the gtv when I change colour space settings anything apart from
Ycbcr420 I get the screen flashing on and off and a crackling sound through my speakers.
Think I may have a dodgy box here guys 👦

If i didn't have the z8pro to compare I probs wouldn't have bothered and could live with it,but when I see the z8pro same provider ect using WiFi out perform the gtv Hardwired it baffles my head,got to be a dodgy box here's hoping hey

yes me too I have some problems with the gtv. I like the gtv c a good box under Android tv. it has some faults to correct and it will be at the top I hope I have the z8 it and great so i prefer to wait for the fixes to come in a short time but i find it odd that we do not have all the same concerns everyone has these particular concerns so that c the same box.
