Z11 PRO Portal connection issues

Hello z11 pro question on mol3.i have 2 providers and can t figure out how correctly change from one to the other.anyone help? ie; changing portals

Just received my new Z11 Oro Max. I still can't find how to switch from one provider (portal) to another. Can someone explain please.

Yes, press ok on the remote ....then press the left arrow (all channels)... and there you will find all your provide(s) channel(s)... thats how you switch now

I am having the same issue by 11.1.46 version. I just got the device today and I am not able to connect to the portal. I am sure that there is not typo. I event tried to add ip of the portal but it does not work!

Could you provide me with a solution?

IPTV version is: v11.1.46

Firmware version is: v11.1.37

How did you try to connect to portal?

By MAC ID,XC or m3u?

By Mac ID. I gave the Mac ID to the provider and then inserted the portal's url.

I exactly got the same errors mentioned in the first post.

- Connect failed Check portal URL server returned HTTP 404 code 1005-400

- Please check your internet connection and portal URL code 1010

I checked the internet connection by fast.com app and it works well.

Is there any way to see more detailed connection logs?

I sent the right Mac. It is correct. It is not about the MAC. there should be some bug here.

I checked it more than 10 times and it is correct. I even tried using the ip instead to avoid any dns query issue. but it did not work.

Is it possible to install mytvonline 2 on my Z11 pro max device so that later when the version 3 is more stable I can switch back to it?

MOL2 is not on Z11 and there is no way to put it on there etc.

when they state send your MAC, its the ID of the box thats required ( 01:1E:B8 +++ )

I am sure the MAC id is correct. I asked again the provider to check the MAC ID and it starts with 00:1E:B8

I already gave the same advice to Stezan in a pm,he asked for a XC connection about 35 minutes ago from his provider,so it is wait and see?

I had the Code: 1010 error with MOL3 via XC API. I set up a lot of Formuler devices and I always cut and paste the portal info. Turns out I had pasted the URL with a return at the end of the line. This showed up in the portal screen as a space after the URL. I deleted the space - still didn't work. I deleted the portal, added it again, pasting all of the same data (Name, URL, User ID, Password), this time without the <CR> at the end of the URL and it worked.

I am getting the 1010 error with a Z11 Pro Max with all updates including the January 3, 2023 update to MOL3. The progress bar immediately goes to 5% and then immediately returns 1010 error. XC User ID/Password login. I run the service and have set up more than a thousand Formuler devices on my service.

1) Quadruple-checked URL, User ID, and password.
2) Set the User Id and Password on the panel and on the Z11 to "123" - same result.
3) Deleted the portal and recreated - same result.
4) Did a factory reset with all updates - same result.
5) URL in a web browser on the Z11 returns correct result (Welcome to nginx), so not a DNS issue, and not an ISP block.
6) Used IP in place of DNS name - same result.

Panel is XUI.one v1.5.5 stable. 1000+ Formuler devices working with no problem, including +/- 15 Z11's. I am stumped on this one. Set it up for Stalker portal (MAC) and it works, but we don't want to use MAC for security reasons.

What am I missing?

I just got the Z11 Pro Max and when I try to setup the Portal for my provider, it's not working due to the new MAC address 00:1E:B8

I tried setting up a profile with an edited MAC to reflect the old MAC address range i.e. 00:1A:79 but it doesn't work either.

It looks like MyTVOnline3 is possibly sending a malformed request to the server

There's definitely a bug here....

I have the exact same issue and I've done everything I know to do and also tried all the suggestion here... Still no show!

Just a few ideas:

Were you copy and pasting the portal info into the Portal edit screen using a mobile device?
If so, use the supplied remote to manually key-in all the information using the on-screen keyboard and see if there is a difference.

I have heard of at least 1 instance where invisible control characters (CRLF) where being pasted into certain input fields causing connection failure.

Check if there are any "invisible" spaces after the end of the portal URL, username or password.

Check if the portal works on the same device but using a different iptv client app.

That was me that reported the copy/paste issue. That was not the issue here. I did both the copy/paste without the return character, and also setting up the portal manually using the on-screen keyboard and remote control.

This is pretty silly. As a Dealer I dont want ALL my portals connected at once. I need to be able to verify and monitor categories and channels. With 6 or More portals connected that is just ridiculous.

Let's get the Engineer outta bed and fix this please. Paying 35% more wholesale for this new product over Z10 series and its very problematic. Formuler has been PERFECT with the MyTvOnline GUI for years now. This should be remedied by now.
