I have also seen unexpected reboots in the last week or so on my Z11 Pro. It happened at exactly 20:00 for the last two days. Other times it has happened while the TV is off. I will watch for a pattern over the next few days. It has happened both before and after the MOL3 update released yesterday. I will try to catch it in the act and submit logs also.
HA! I just caught it in the act. My Z11 just rebooted at exactly 20:00 while I was watching Live TV. I submitted the logs with a tracking number of CA9D0B.
The pattern has repeated. Reboot happened at exactly 20:00. I submitted another log. To give a cleaner log I will unplug and repower the device shortly before 20:00 tomorrow. Tracking number is still CA9D0B.
Delete first cache and data in MOL3 App (Home Menu-> Settings-> Apps-> Mol3). If this doesn`t help, reinstall MOL3. Last step, factory reset.

Thought I would resurrect this thread. After clearing MOL3 cache the reboots did go away for quite a while. They reappeared recently and persisted even after another cache deletion. Every day at EXACTLY 7:00pm ET the box reboots. No warnings, doesn't matter if I am watching live TV, TV Series or VOD. I'll try reinstalling MOL3 but one question first... Will it retain my MOL settings or can I get them back with a backup/restore?
The underlying behaviour is still pretty interesting. EXACTLY 7:00pm... it feels like something scheduled is trying to happen and blowing up.
do you maybe have a setting for refreshing your box for EPG or CHANNELS at that time m8 ??

Backup restore will give you all your settings and portals back.

Please check 'Home screen > Settings > Device Preferences > HMDI CEC' and disable it.
If your TV has a similar setting, please disable it as well and see if the issue remains.
If the issue remains, please send the logs, and let me know the tracking number.
My Mini Z is shutting stations down after about 30 - 60 seconds. I've rebooted the entire system, changed the HMDI CEC (on and Off) I've checked the cords...unplugged them and plugged them back in, I've rebooted my entire Modem system...I'm at a point I don't know what else to do.
Any further suggestions?

Closes MOL3 or Box reboot? How is your Z Mini connected with power, original Formuler cable and power supply or something else?

This can happen at any time. It has happened while streaming, while navigating through settings menu, has also happened as a loop on startup - the boot sequence would reach the Formuler splash screen and reboot itself again before reaching the 'home screen'.
When it happened last night I send through a diagnostic log [1842B94].
I have tried different cables, cleared cache, updated software, toggled Hdmi CEC on and off, all to no avail.

Didnyou use the the original and rigjt power adapter?
If yes you can tey to change it with a adapter with same specs before you do factory reset.
Did you have any usb storage connected to your device?
I encountered this yesterday and did a factory reset. But I made sure to backup my settings before doing so. The factory reset solved my MOL3 shut down issue.
I have two formuler Z11 Pro max BT1. One is working fine, the other keeps crashing when changing channels of searching. I have done a factory reset, I have completely uninstalled MOL3 and reinstalled it,, but it keeps happening. What else can this be besides a broken device?
I had this today.
started mol 3. Watched tv.
Closed. Started disney watched it.
And after disney i started mol3. And pushed ok for channel list and bang!
Throwed out off mol3.
After 3 restarts it worked fine so far. Also disconnect power for sure and still ok.
Next time i send logs.
Since new update i have issue that my formuler box does not react. Im in series section i turn off my tv (box is still on) but when i press button back or home button nothing happends still same screen even power off button does not react SAM

I close always my apps. Everytime again. Have only nord vpn and disney on it.
But it happened just one time. If it happen again i sent logs. And will reinstall mol3
