Hi, anyone having issues with being booted out of mytvonline 3 back to home dashboard? Seems to happen often on its own when watching tv or after a period of no response from remote after pushing multiple command buttons .

Here it happens often (but only since about a week or two) when I use the green button to search (for eg a channel, a program, a movie, a serie or a radio channel). Circle in the middle keeps spinning for about half a minute, not showing results and exits MOL3 to main screen.

I also have it .......sometimes.
When starting MOL3 and change channel with the remote it goes back to home screen.
Lately more frequent but still occasionally......lets say 3 times a week.

The same for me often after the manual content refresh, after restarting the box it works again.

I get this on the odd occasion about once a week more often on a weekend when the tv is on longer than normal.
I also have the additional problem that I can not go back into MOL3 or any other app I have to restart the box.

I definitely have it when doing a number of things in MOL3. It is a frustrating product for sure. Better than it had been but a long way to go to catch up with MOL2.

Every day at 22h00 MOL3 exits by itself leaving me at home screen.

So the devs get infos they can work with it, please send log file to Formuler instantly after this happen.

Where do you get a tracking #? I just posted a log after attempting Cloud Time and MOL3 booting me out to the Formuler home screen. It said the log was sent, thanks (or something like that) but did not provide any tracking info.
Oh, I see. If I go back in it says Tracking#:CA6CEE. Is that the last one I sent or the one I'm about to send? In theory the two logs are the same.

Note that this error is with Cloud Time not working currently working with my service.
When I try to enable Cloud Time (with it not working with my service) MOL3 displays a black screen with spinning circle then crashes out to the Formuler home screen. With the same service and the same Cloud Time not currently working my Z10 and MOL2 display "Not supported" in a nice bubble toward the bottom of the screen and the currently playing show continues the whole time.
I know this is a my service issue but it is also a MOL3 error handling issue that should be addressed, would make things better, and might point a developer to other similar error handling issues that people find crashing them out of MOL3.

Tracking number is on screen BEFORE you sent the logs.

i am relatively new to formuler but the crashing is happening pretty regularly which is a shame as the set up of the box is very good. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.... also whilst i'm here does any one know how to change group channel numbering? everything online advises it's possible on MOL2 but can't see anything for MOL3 which is annoying as i have created my own playlist and wanted to use the channel numbers from that not just have every category starting at 1... really hope someone can shed some light

since yesterday mytvonline3 crashes to desktop (formuler z11 pro) after a few seconds.
Reboot etc. doesnt help.

Is fixed already internal and will come with next beta in November.

And seeing a lot of updates for other systems it probably will not take long before Z11 update will be out.
Hopefully also a fix for EPG guide problems for XCAPI platform users.

My z11 pro max ran into a memory issue where all apps were closing to the point where I could barely uninstall things in settings. I've since formatted and all is good now but I sent a log instantly after it happened and I'm curious to know what was causing the issue.

I did,and from standby it always starts with latest channel,also when i did a nightly scheduled recording,it starts in the morning with latest recorded channel.

I think 50% of times when I open box it start with latest channel and 50% with main menu
