Everytime I start up my z11 pro my remote stops responding,I cannot change channel etc,so i have to pull out mains supply many times for it to respond,Iam so fed up with this Iam thinking of going back to the f/stick just for peace of mind.Any advice please

Flashes how? Red, Orange or white? You labelled it as BT1 Remote with Z11, so it must be the BT1 remote.

Every button i press the light flashes but the box does not respond,btw,thank you for the replies.
Please provide a picture of your remote, and let us know the color of the LED light (on the remote) when pressing a button.

Hello. The problem was solved? I'm having the same issues. The remote freezes, and I can't do anything. I pull out the energy cable, and put it back. Same situation.
A few hours without the energy cable, I test again, and then starts to work.
When this happens, I click in the remote buttons, and all the colour lights appear. I even try to pair again the remote, the light blinks, but doesn't happen anything.
This as happen to me three times.
When works normally, I always check if there's any update to do, and it's everything ok.
How did you solved it?

Delete your remote from bluetooth menu.
I do think you have the bt1 remote?
so hold 0 (zero) and OK button till led blinks for reset the remote.
then go to bluetooth menu in settings and search for bluetooth devices. and hold OK + menu button couple of seconds and see if led blinks and the box find your remote again.
Try also with new batteries!

everytime i need to take out the batteries and reconnect the remote..Next time it happens, open the formuler remote app and select the BT1 remote from the remote selection list and share a photo of the remote status screen.
Also make sure your remote has not been switched to TV mode. Press and hold the TV/STB button on the remote for 3 seconds to toggle the mode.

everytime i need to take out the batteries and reconnect the remote..As mentioned by 175n. Your remote is in tv mode. That's why you can turn the TV on and off.
You long hold the top left button. Flashes red it's TV mode. Flashes orange it's in Formuler mode.
Taking out the batteries and putting back in this puts the remote back into Formuler mode.
Probably the number one question I get weekly.
