First unplug all USB devices from the box and restart again.
Home Menu -> Icon reset -> Factory Reset
No usb device connected.
No go.
can't access menu - reset.

Sometimes, it stop working suddenly or i can't doing anything with the remote...
I did 3 times a reset factory but still...

i think i had this to.
I had done a software reset and after software reset also 6 times a factory reset.
Then is setup my device.
And when i make a mistake bij setting up the network setting, and push the back button i had An error from "leanback launcher". After i close that error i couldnt use my remote also.
No power off etc.
I disconnect the ac power snd after that i could you my remote again.
Sometimes i tried to reproduce this error for our forum friends and devs of formuler.
But i shows not always.
Mostly when im at network settings and make it static and push the back button or exit button.
Maby i try to make a short movie for our friends here and the devs.
So they can take a look at it.
I got also latest firmware.
I check everytime manual when i use my z8.
And i have also read the "leanback launcher topic. I wrote there to in that forum when i got that error.
When i set my device up and i make no mistakes (so i didnt need the back button or exit button)
I didnt hsd this error.

I'm pretty sure that the USB key is responsable ...
I tried other keys, the problem is the same
I think since the last update that USB keys are not totaly operationnal with the Z8

No Google account on it and no other apps.
And also NO sdcard or usb plugged in.

Hello, I am very disappointed that it is not operational in this update to create a list of favorites with VOD and Series. I hope this will be corrected for the next update. J'espère que cela sera corrigé pour la prochaine mise à jour.Agreed, also, would be nice if you could add "Resume" from lasted played position or start from beginning.

QUESTION. I LIVE IN THE EASTERN STANDARD TIME ZONE. AND MY EPG IS OFF. SHOULD I USE THE NORMAL EPG OR THE UTC OPTION. I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET THE GUIDE TO SYNC UP WITH WHATS ON.

You can try with normal epg and check if the EPG data matches, if not then change to UTC and use offset.
Btw. shift button on keyboard broken?
