Really hope also this issue gets resolved soon. Just had my provider flood ban me as well. MOL2 is an otherwise absolutely wonderful app; head and shoulders above the rest..would be really unfortunate if this isnt fixed.

Since we speak now in normal way (first deleted posts was very toxic) i will delete now all off topic postings in this thread and try from each affected user to collect data for reproducing the issue. Vampiro we already spoke in pm, thx.

Please respond to my PM asap. Fast collecting of data and forwarding to devs. helps all of you so the devs. can test same subs/provider and find solution for this very problematic issue. We want also to see everyone more then happy.
The issue also lies with flood rate limits on the panels. Ask the panel admins to increase that limit.

They won't lower their security for any app and laugh off it's their issue most just go back to the point it works on MOL 1 and every other app unfortunately it's in formulers hands hopefully a fix comes soon.
Well I just had the same issues on both mol1 and mol2 with my provider. I told him to come and contact the dev's here on the forum and see if they could fix this issue. My first stint with this provider I had no issues at all. But with this latest one, I have just been having problem after problem. So I hope they do contact the dev's.

I am with a provider that doesn't ip lock...I've been ip banned 3 times. Luckily my pricier is very responsive and get unbanned very quick.

Tough to say as its dependent on your provider's data limits on request...you could check with them as this is being discussed among providers as well

That's Great question. The vpn hides your IP making it difficult for the provider to block.

A vpn will get you around your ip ban until your provider unbans you...I'm speaking from three different bans.

well, yeah, but the vpn IP gets banned as well. I dont think using a vpn has any impact or relation to these so called IP flood bans. They are a function of excessive epg requests from the device.

No wrong,...you will "get around" nothing until the provider resets your account. VPN use is irelevant and nothing to do with the equation.

Wow....man I've been ip banned 3 times and have used a vpn each time after getting banned... I am always able to view each time I while being banned... I'm a mod for my providers discord.... He recommended me to use a vpn while I was banned until he got me unbanned....A VPN WILL ALLOW U TO VIEW WHILE U ARE IP BANNED! Have you tried a vpn when you were ip banned?

If you are ip banned you won't be able to connect to providers server.

You might wish to try another IPTV app to help analyze the problem. If my IP gets blocked, I get an error message from MOL2, and the connection to provider fails.

Im very disappointed that i went into the support chat and was banned for speaking out about IP Flooding bans. Me and several people i know got banned from same/different providers for no apparent reason other then using MOL. I see this is some what of a problem but im very upset that ADMIN was so fast to ban me for bringing up a problem that may help others. I managed to get by with VPN but this is a work in progress and i see that. IS there any solution other then blaming providers? Because i dont blame providers only for this. Formula should take some responsibility in fixing this as well. I did not swear or mouth off just stated facts and anytime someone says anything bad in the chat they BAN them! Thats so unprofessional i just wanted to get to the bottom of this problem.

2. What happens between your provider and you, only you know.
3. On this forum must the user read forum rules first to know how to speak, what is ok and what not. Healthy critism with normal words are allways ok but not yelling or bad words. Bad and toxic speaking we will not tolerate. We are all old enough to know how to speak normal.
4. Did you install latest fw and mol2 and tested? Since the xc fiasco and this version we did not hear any complain about ip bann.
Latest firmware was installed. Not sure when the latest came out or if it’s a beta? I understand the rules and wasn’t you in the Telegram chat. (Formuler Telegram support) But you know just was pointing out that this is some what of a problem and you know challenged his opinion in a respectful manner then he banned me for that. No swearing was said. Just was implying that I wanted to get to the bottom of it. All I was doing is trying no point out this to make the product better for everyone.. was not bashing Formuler because I love my Z8. Just want it to be the best... that’s it.
I was reading the chat after your post and you are not banned, admin there just muted you for 24h.
Latest fw and sw are 1.4.42 and 7.5.2.

I did not say anything wrong to him just dont understand why he would MUTE me! I will check and make sure i have the latest updated Firmware. I will be changing from XC login to M3U i hear this is temp solution?
In past was the most affected users with this problem using MAC/ID Stalker, XC Api or m3u was working always. But.. even if you maybe don`t want to hear that, in one very important point they have right and this is: If the provider changed now the security script to higher value this could happen again with this provider. How ever, check first the installed version and update to latest.
Will do sir I appreciate your response! I’ll switch that specific provider to m3u as I don’t use catchup. Other providers I haven’t not experienced this with.

They did with last update optimised the timings and the epg load increased little bit, seems this helped, because since then no more complains about ip ban. Not to forget there was also many Panel and settings changes on Provider side, since xc fiasko.. There was only few user questions if this was fixed or not. That`s all.
