Opened up MOL2 to this nonsense this morning aswell what a complete and utter shambles the z8 has been and yeah I've every right to be smart about it I forked out €140 for this box and I'm always getting ipbanned now I can't even use it get your act together formuler.
1. Please make screenshot from MOL2 and upload.
2. Clear cache under Settings-> Apps-> Mol2 and restart the box. Alternatively you can also reset data but need then to set Mol2 again.
3. Install trial VPN and connect to provider with working VPN.
Where did i tell your ip is blocked? And stop to yell here, if you don't want any help, say it.
Reinstall mol2, if this not help open ticket.
Do you happen to remember which f/w or s/w version you were using before?
in the Netherlands there have bloked al ip tv users,i had one from china and works not anymore

Our others Formulers (Z7,Z8) in the Family works well, only the one with the newest update
has a black screen & no Sound.
I also recognized that my box is blinking from red to green when started. I didnt see that before when switched on...

When did you do an update? Were you able to watch before?
Are all the channels have black screen or some?
When you say everything else works, does it mean can you watch other apps and it works?

We have 3 Formulers, the other ones works with the same Provider used, its only mol2 that doesnt work on my Z8,
I can watch other apps like YT normaly

Has anyone had problems with MyTVOnline using the portal/Mac address since September 18/19?
In both a z8 and z7 + I can not see anything.
On z7, using the MyTVOnline, everytime I try to launch the service via portal/Mac address, MOL crash and ask to reopen it, creating an infinite loop.
In the Z8 is even worse because it completely crash the box when arrive to 99 or 100% when boot the IPTV service.
Did you any feedback similar to this on this days?
If necessary I can share a video showing this situation.

PS: Note that the same service on a MAG256 Wi-Fi works normally, so the service itself is not malfunctioning.

September 18/19 exactly the same date XC went down. Google it and you will understand why you are having issues. Nothing to do with MyTVOnline.
There are already new beta out with some improvements and few threads with solution what to do on provider side with you ID. Please read those threads and reports from other users.

As SAM said the beta version of MOL2 is available.
In the MOL2 beta version everything works fine and as expected.
I didn’t test yet in the MOL1 beta version (if it is available. It’s suppose be available only at the end of this week).
For the information that I’ve got new versions of MOL are expected to arrived:
- MOL 1 - in the end of this month. In two weeks, maybe;
- MOL 2 - next week.

Sorry but the problem is definitely the MOL app. I switch to the STBEMU app meanwhile and it works no problems, same box (Z7+)...

Come on you can't blame mol cause they have not changed anything with their software and how its works. It's providers that have changed their portals since the so called "Armageddon" breakdown. Of course mol needs to adapted so the panels work.

I can see an option related to "Playback time" but cannot change it! It's greyed out. And it's set to 3h!

If greyed, then this controls your provider and you can not change this.

But this never happened before. So, no matter if it's under my control or under provider control, this should be possible to change. That's related with playback time I guess. I have to take a screenshot and post here. Maybe we are talking about different things.
