But I never had this problem. Only after upating to last stable version of MOL2.

Your provider can change the playback limit on the server side at any time. Ask your provider why it was changed to 3hrs.
Playback limit changes on your service and mol software update are only coincidental. there is no causation.
Playback limit is not a problem or issue, this is setting to control inactivity of box and cut the connection (after 3h) to save traffic and resources. Some providers have this setting active and some not, depends from provider... If provider gives you the chance to change this by your self, then this option is not greyed and you can change to 1- 4H or turn it off, but in most cases the control is on provider side, if stalker in use.

I still not sure if I can use that XC API with the type of access I have (I gave the provider my mac address which I think its called a stalker access).
Gona speak to him to see if he can set that of or at least let me control it for me only!
At the Moment, I get an intermittent flash of a black screen that goes away again.
if it helps the op, ive had similar issue with Black screen, on a 4k fire-stick, the only fix was to use VPN, then all cleared again,
the strange thing was it wouldn't stay down all the time but when i got all black screens on all iptv channel vpn fixed it.,
hi , I have spoke with my provider he says the NO time limit on playback, I am all up to date on updates , in settings it says 3 hour play limit and it cant be changed , I have a old X3 pro box , set that up never shut down at all , this needs sorting asap , having to click ok every 3 hours not good or if you miss it have to turn on box again

black screen after last 2 updates ! any help appreciated works when using another iptv app but black screen or error message on connection in Mol??
Any H.265 series from my provider is showing black screen but with audio playing in MOL2 but work perfectly in StbEmu or any other iptv app on the same box/provider. I have seen this on other TV boxes, where they do not support the H.265 codex, but can't see why I would get it on my Z8.

Z8 can very well decode H.265, see specs ->
Video decoder : 4K@60fps, VP9, H.265(HEVC) , AVS , H.264(AVC, MVC) , Real , MPEG1/2/4 , VC-1
I understand that the Z8 can decode H.265, and it is clearly doing that when I play that content on StbEmu, but why is it behaving as such when I play that same content on MOL2? It plays the audio track, but there is a blank screen.

Are you using an external VOD player?
Im having this issue too. I change up or down 3-5 channels and it locks me out of my provider. only this app has this issue!
its very annoying, Why can't it be fixed? can you have a user toggle to at least allow a slower rate of requests to the server so we don't have the issue?

I have done factory reset like 8 times.
Tried with VPN ON/OFF
Different providers (4)
Works with IPTV smarters app
MOL2 fails constantly

I have a Z8 Pro also in another room and no issues there ever.
Y-E-S - - - - - - - !!!! I'm having the same issue since the last update. Sometimes while changing channels I lose connection to the iptv server. I have chatted with them and it seems other clients using different boxes are NOT having the issue. Please help. Thanks
Have anybody tried to delete MOL2 completely and reinstall a new one?

There is quite a lot of peeps that don't have problem with MYTVonline2
What are you using exactly for connect with your provider, registered MAC /ID Stalker portal, XC Api with login portal or m3u playlist? Use other protocol than the current one for connect with your provider.

Alot of people is having this problem with both Alpha and Z8.
It doesn't matter if it's xc login or m*g portal, issues still persist.
Doesn't help, reinstalling and deleting cache and data for Mytvonline 2 either..
So don't really know what to test more.

Have the same issues with many of my customers boxes.
Both Z8 and the Z8 Pro.
They have tried all the things Kingcool wrote.
Nothing helps.
Can we get some info from Formulers side?
You must have gotten a lot of complaints the last days.
What are your thoughts about this mess?
The customers are annoyed and we stand without any good solution to them.
Please make a statement about this problem with your boxes.
