Hey SAM , thanks for the rolling out the beta to public. How can we report bugs? The bug that I was hoping would be fixed is still not fixed in MOL2.

From the release notes above, it mentions that there was a fix applied:

• FIX: No sound on some channels when Digital Audio Format is set to Auto

It might be related to that (or not). But the fact that this major update again has failed to fix the issue is really disheartening and really is the last straw for me. Again, I'm left with no audio on the most important channels I care about and I will unfortunately be returning the box under warranty if this cannot be looked at before the official update is released.

Is there anything that can be done to have someone seriously look at this before the official update is out? Yes the rest of the update looks good and has shiny features and all but if the basics don't work, then what's the point?

I do not manage to connect my BT remote control with GTV after Beta is installed. WiFi is off.

Now I managed to connect the Remote Control, turned Wi-Fi on. And went back to pair the remote and then it went.

I pence that for a better stabilization and to avoid the bugs of the corrections better to make a factory reset san no?

Hi, I'm describing my bug following the download of the beta.

I'm on a channel, I pass the channels with more remote control, I see that I'm passing the channels, but unfortunately the image and sound are still from the first channel.

I was forced to restart the box GTV.

Installed and did a factory reset, works like a charm best box on the planet.

has anyone tested the tuner support ? im stuck at work and will probably miss this opportunity to download . i will live through you guys for now..

Today I wanted to install the beta version. After downloading the beta version the box restarted and install the beta after 8hours it’s not installed so I turned the power of now the box don’t start up. What to do please help🙈🙈

sam I have some bug present even after reset.afr auto sometimes it bug a little between 60fps and 50fps when I go to the my tv menu and when I come back to the channel it goes to 60fps I go back to the menu there goes back to 50fps and so on. I don't know where the problem comes from. minor

Hi! After the upgrade i have noticed that my USB tunner still doesn´t show in the connections.

The imaged seems to be worse and i never had any issues with image. It was better that my Z8.

The new volume bar is now green and it´s in the bottom of the screen, personally i prefered just has it was.

Each time that i exit Mytvonline2, a black screen appears and disappears in 1 to 2 seconds.

Until now, this was the issues that i found out.

I did the beta update, one noticeable change was on my TV I had the remote control both box & tv volume via CEC, and the CEC volume of the TV volume stopped after the update.

The Voice Channel search is pretty cool, it struggles on channels that you may have in multiple groups like certain four lettered sports networks, but works pretty well besides that, highly recommended.

I updated my GTV with beta, so far good. I still have some channels not showing and the same channel shows on Z8 with same provider. Does MOL 2 it decode dolby audio, only see PCM. Also on Mol 2 playback setting I don't see HLS option as this appears on Z8.

Remote only appears as Bluetooth with having WiFi on, otherwise it doesn't. So if my GTV has Lan hard wire, I still have to keep wifi on, maybe we can fix this. HDR

Adaptive mode, not sure what this does. Picture quality is better..sharp and vivid.

Voice channel change is awesome.

Tested Chromecast and it's working fine.

There's alot of work that goes behind the scene to bring us this update so big shout out to the team. Thanks for the update.

Following the beta update the Bluetooth remote show disconnected but seem to work.

Cannot get into Remote and Accessory to see if the remote is link properly....

So far , so good with update. Everything working smooth. I did notice that picture quality is a little sharper and cleaner. Noticed this watching live sports. Voice control channel changing is pretty cool.

But to help you, try activating Wi-Fi in your GTV and you will be able to connect your remote control.

True, turn WiFi on....it will.connect.

I did a complete factory reset 2 times (lost all my favourite list groups also) and I'm still unable to hear any audio. The audio track list for these channels only shows the option "AUTO" and there isn't anything else to select. Again, the audio track is definitely present on the stream in other Android IPTV players, just not in MOL2. I've adjusted all the audio settings with no luck.

Can you please raise this with QA? There is nothing else I can try to do at this point, and I really would appreciate if the QA and devs look at this.

Very strange

The same thing happened to me.

Just follow the steps attached to the image and you will have your bluetooth controller connected again.

Press and hold the key combination for 10 seconds instead of 3 seconds.

I provide my feedback on the update.

Great improvement in image smoothness, much sharper.

I had problems updating, as the image was flickering and the HDMI source was not well recognized by the TV. I factory reset and it was fixed. Flickering also persists when exiting MTO2 or changing channels with AFR connected.

The search for channels by voice works correctly, although there are some channels that the search goes to YouTube automatically, it should be possible to configure that being in MTO2, the assistant does not search in other apps.

The addition of recent channels and VOD to the homepage is a great success.

I will continue testing.

Just a suggestion...try under Apps select Mol app and clear cache...see if it helps and if not then make sure you have your provider info and then clear cache and data on the App for Mol. See if that helps.
