I have already tested the 2 methods, red button on boot and press 1 ( manually method )
... and on box menu> reinitialition> factory reset but the result remains the same, I always get to the update screen each time that I run MOL2 even after a factory reset.

I fixed this 'out of space' problem on my father in law's Neo box this morning. Fix was straightforward.
1) Uninstall MTVOL
2) Uninstall ExpressVPN app (because we don't use it)
3) Go to the Market App and download / reinstall MTVOL
Problem fixed!

restarted the box and retest MOL2 in the market but still nok
Please check following:
1. Home menu -> Settings -> Apps -> Software Update ->
2. Do clear data and cache
3. Deactivate " Notifications" just for this test!
4. Permission -> Storage should be activated
5. Restart the box and test again.

Just insalled VLC from Market (3.3.4). Z8 + App up-to-date.
Graphic problem when moving arround in the app menu (see attached).

I have Z8 for almost three years now and never had epg issues. Through the portal, epg is retrieved, but is not retrieved via connection with m3u list. I can only use epg from .gz file. I have this problem since last update, so it will be 2 months soon. Any chance you can fix it? Regards.

Seem to be experiencing an issue when watching series at the moment on this update.
When a series episode is ending it seems to crash MTOL instead of moving to the next episode. Have to completely exit and reopen MTOL and start again
Happens on both Z8 / PRO and Z Alpha
Does NOT happen on Z10 PRO from what I can see and nor does it happen on GTV
I have used VLC as an external player and the issue is NOT reproduced
Only happens with built in player

Did try to reproduce with 3 different series and built in player-> Episode starts -> Ends -> Up next Info is shown -> Next Episode starts, works like it should.

Hi, apologies for late response.
Issue happens across series. It can be frequent or on random occasions.
Persons reporting different times of it happening and only persons using Z8, Z8 Pro and Z Alpha.
MTOL2 can crash at any point during an episode however seems more prominent when an episode has ended. Notification of “Mytvoline online has stopped”
When manually selecting next episode after restart, it works ok but again at times the same repeating issue can occur.
Additionally it only happens on series and not movies?
It was initially only happening on built in player but had 2 messages from people today experiencing it using log external player with VLC.
Unsure if this helps…. It’s in the wrong thread but related…. I noticed today that when watching series on GTV, if I stopped the episode and go back to seasons (across all series this happens) I get a notification saying “cannot load VOD data” however when the notification is removed, everything continues to work as normal with no other issues on GTV.
