Features Request Z11 and MOL3 (No discussions or questions, only request thread)

Hi Sam! It would be interesting to add the timeout function (like on a television) in the MOL 3 menu to be able to program the shutdown of the box (30, 60, 90, 120,... minutes) and at the same time shutting off the television via the HDMI CEC function. Thanks !

With several sources loaded, the channel list is huge. Is it possible to lable the list somehow so you know what source each item in the list is from?

Network storage will not autoload on startup when VPN is enabled. Could this be fixed?

Toggle favorite channel status while watching the channel directly (without having to bring up the info panel first).

save the Catch up programs. for example, save a movie that was shown on a channel that has catch up and save to hdd. And save vod and series to hdd

I would like to have a favorite and hystory sync between my formuler (11) devices. So i can continue where i left in bed when i watch later in livingroom or continue at the office.

Could be done by the attached network storage or a simple cloud bases json file in a basic formular cloud solution

I have two or more remotes connected to my formular boxes .

One example is in the bedroom so my wife and i both have a remote (so when she falls asleep i dont have to look for the remote to switch from her show to mine)

Now the formular remote app to configure the bluetooth remote only supports 1 which gives problems when configuring the shortcut buttons and more.

So the request is for the remote configure app to support configuring / selecting more then one bluetooth remote.

This is also needed for firmware updates and to see the battery status

I have put this issue up before, but I want to rise the request once more....

It would be very useful to have the possibility to "pause the recording" while there is the interruption of commercials. And to restart the recording when the commercial has passed.

In my world its a fairly simple programmable issue to write some code that does a simple loop and use a small memory dump to store that piece until the process is stop. Its usually just a couple of minutes. And the dump can be programmed to be flushed the minute you restart recording on your USB memory or whatever storage you have.

Just give the dump file a .tmp name and change it to something unrecognicible.

I add a lot tv-channels to my favorit folder...every chanel with a yellow star now in this folder. all okay so far... but if i skip to all in my case 1850 channels the stars are gone when i reach a favorite channel in the "source" folder...so if i look for some more channels i'm interested in i could now.not.be sure if this or that channel is.allready in my favorite folder. compare to mytv2 is this missing.

Future update request.

List the provider channel number on the top right corner where it states the provider name.

This will allow me to provide a complaint to my Provider when a channel is not working, wrong epg, no audio, etc.

The current channels are listed 1,2,3,4, and so on. and I don't know what the Provider channel is.

It would be interesting to receive notifications if there are new saisons/episodes on a favorite serie. ( if new seasons, episodes, specials, whatever are released, even years later, a notification is send). Thanks.

If we get notification every time then we all get every time a pop up at screen or similar. So I hope not a notification

- use tv.formuler.mytvonline.real for all instead of tv.formuler.mytvonline.real (mytvonline2) and tv.formuler.mol3.real (mytvonline3)

- allow recordings from a mytvonline2 on a mytvonline3 device

Been testing some providers, when more providers in use, some improvements could be:

- able to change the provider sorting (let us choose)

- after each search: show provider name directly with the results (in all tabs: tv-program, channel, movie, serie, music, ...))

- having the 'all' back would be very much appreciated (especially with more providers and lots of groups)

- vod (top group - history and favourites): show provider name

Make it possible to set a scheduled recording from the single epg,like it was possible on the z8.

Would love to see an option to delete all the watched movies in the VOD section at once. Now i have to delete them one by one.

Would like to see proper CEC support. Go to standby when I switch inputs on my receiver and also turn on when I switch to the formuler.

Would like to be able to automatically connect to VPN (NordVPN) after a reboot. We can start the app automatically after a restart, but would like it to start MOL3 after a restart after VPN has been activated.

Enable the option to allow audio pass through to the receiver without needing to go into develop options.

When season / episode number metadata is available for TV series:

• Display in TV guide along with episode name and description
• Store recording in the following folder structure: [Serie name] -> [Season X] -> [Serie name] - S[XX]E[YY] - [Episode name]
• Add to recording metadata

I would like to be able to select the epg in mol3 as it is in tvmate and arrange the channel numbers at will without the need to enter them in favorites and that you can assign functions to the remote control in your own way. It would be good if the refresh was automatic after switching to another channel and not manually as it is now

I listen much to the radio with tv on, but is it possible in future to make an option the screen turns out after 5 min? Or maybe choose a screensaver like the clock and date maybe? Now for what I see is only that blue waves, that’s bad for my tv energy no need. With the tv remote I need to turn my screen off now. Maybe one for next update to keep in mind?

Please look into the stutters and skips whilst watching channels seen this alot on forums seems a software issue.

Please add the Refresh button to to top menu rather than having to drill down - as was in previous versions

Alternative is to allow a remote control direct shortcut for the channel refresh

Please add Provider Channel numbering to be displayed somewhere.

This will allow me to provide a complaint to the provider when there something wrong with a channel.

the refresh function should be added perminantly to the main menu with a submenu to select which provider to refresh if multiple are present.

currently only when a content notification is available then the refresh is available on the main menu.

maybe add colour customisation theme to the osd bar, just set the gui off more

Hi it would be nice if devs can add asap :

• for series TV : Download episodes info and picture from Xtream TMDb Api when metadata is not available through default source

• Download info and picture from official sources if Xtream or metadata is not available

• uses the TMDb API to provide info about your digital content.

• uses JustWatch (through TMDb) to provide "airing on" information;

• More subtitle settings like size, and maybe implemented right into MOL3 PLAYER for better access.
